Welcome to Boca Grand North with some of the best water views of the island! Decorated in a nautical theme with decks to see both Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico that offer stunning water views. This is a special unit that invites you to come and relax.

This special island has the ambiance of a bygone era...no fast food restaurants, no traffic lights, no high rises, and almost no crime. It is seven miles long and one mile across with stunning Carribean-type waters.

This is a first floor unit with easy access and few stairs. Have breakfast on the deck facing Charlotte Harbor and cocktails on the deck to view the awesome sunsets on Boca.
We provide all of the essentials for a very comfortable visit. with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker or traditional drip, and water views from all windows!
Enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen, dining room, and family room. Come to enjoy the beauty and relaxation!
If you enjoy fishing, golf, using golf carts for transportation(charging stations available) riding bikes, warm breezes and beautiful sunsets, this should be your choice.
Watch the sun rise from the family room and sunsets on the Golf of Mexico from your private deck. Boat slips available to rent with BGN office.

This place has it all!!!

We had a perfect stay in the condo. It has everything you need. All of the rooms are well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space. It’s rare to find a place that you can see the sun rises and sunsets from the same property and we enjoyed them every single day. We are looking forward to booking our next stay. The host was very easy to communicate both before the trip for planning purposes and during the stay. Five stars all around.

Boca Grande Island Vacation

My family really enjoyed our time on Boca Grande. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It’s perfect for watching both sunset and sunrise. We rented a golf cart and used it to run about the island. It was also one of the most peaceful vacations I’ve ever had. So quiet and not overpacked with tourists and traffic. Joy was great about sending recommendations on restaurants, etc. and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for allowing us to rent your lovely condo. We love it! The Ferreri Family

Boca Grande condo

We had a wonderful week at this condo and it wasn’t just because the weather was spectacular! The condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable and was roomy enough for my family which included two teenagers. We loved the location on the water with both sunrise and sunset views. It was easy to get downtown with a golf cart where there are many great restaurants. My only complaint is that we are not still there!

Great stay in Boca Grande

Joy and Dennis have a lovely, updated condo in Boca Grande North. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need- even pantry items. We loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have water views out the front and back of the condo. The condo property is well taken care of, with a nice pool and tennis court. We would absolutely stay at Joy and Dennis's condo again! It was our first time to Boca Grande. What a hidden gem!

Picture is from our recent trip to Ireland to do research for our Irish Candy Co. - Giants Causeway in Northern Ireland.
We grew up in MN and MI and currently live in Iowa. We first visited Boca Grande when my Mom, Eddy, moved to Pt Charlotte in 1980 and purchased our first Boca property in 1985.
Please come and enjoy our little piece of 'Old Florida!'

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the pristine waters and the wonderful, slow pace the island has to offer. You can use a golf cart on the entire island!
We love to ride our bikes on the 7 mile bike path and walk the beaches, finding many unique shells.

What makes this property unique

We love our very first unit at Boca Grande North with it's special views of BOTH the Gulf and Charlotte Harbor. Water views from every window plus the interior completes the 'feel' with it's nautical theme.
We added a new large screen tv, sound bar and our own dsl Internet. We also have a well stocked kitchen for those dinners on the lenai.
We feel very sentimental about this unit and we've named it after my parents in their honor!
