This completely updated 2nd floor condo is as close as you can get to the ocean. Just steps from the water at high tide. The 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit sleeps 6, has an updated kitchen w quartz counter tops and is tastefully, and professionally decorated throughout. No carpet, LVP flooring installed 2024 throughout. The living room ,dining room, and screened lanai overlook the ocean . The master features a king with bath w walk in shower and large closet, the 2nd BR has 2 doubles w full bath. Watch the sunset from the screened patio with seating for 4 or
the open balcony seating for 2. A fully stocked kitchen, unit specific secure wireless WiFi, 2 large flat screen TV's (living/master), Comcast Xfinity, and all linens/towels included. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Walk or bike to the local convenience store, marina, and fishing pier a short distance away to rent golf carts,boats,or fish. Unit includes beach chairs/umbrella. Sea Oats has 2 tennis courts, a large heated pool, a spa, outdoor gas and charcoal grills for use and an endless beach at your footsteps.

Wonderful vacation

The condo is just beautiful and the views are outstanding! Very quiet everywhere. We were amazed at the sunsets and the colors of the water. Town was cute and fun. We had no trouble corresponding with owners or property management. Hope to return next year!!

Stayed a week with my wife and four kids ages 2-8. The place was absolutely perfect. I really can't say much else. Quiet, peaceful, pristine....perfection. But don't stay here. I want the place available next time we vacation. Because this is where we're going.

The property was nice. It could have been a little cleaner. The windows and sliding glass doors had little people hand prints on them, we had no little ones with us. Laid things on the master closet shelf and we’re full of dust when I went to put my pants on. Other than one incident that management took care of it had amazingly beautiful views and was comfortable. We would stay again,

213 Sea Oats is a beautiful Condo with all the necessary amenities. We loved the location and the fabulous view of the beach! The sunsets were breathing taking. The beach is wonderful with great shelling, swimming and walking. We enjoyed the pool area for a little shade during the day. The little beach town of Boca Grande is lovely with great shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Lovely Appointed Condo & Awesome Island!!

We had a fantastic visit to Boca Grande! The million dollar view and the low-key family orientated island made it all that much better of a vacation! Our teens were free to beach, while we also enjoyed the adult swim at the pool! A very pleasant experience was had by all! Please be sure to rent a golf cart & mosey to some great dining..."The Pink Elephant" was awesome!

Relaxing paradise

the location is excellent. Property is all it is supposed to be. The island as a whole is non commercialized. If you are looking for night life, you might consider another island. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with great accommodations with a beach/pool/ tennis/ walking/biking baths, this is your place to stay.

What a view and the privacy of the island was the best part, not sharing a beach with a million people and a nice facility, were a few highlights. Will be back and the unit was very nice and comfortable.

Amazing Vacation

Amazing vacation! The condo was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Loved both the screened and unscreened patios with the Gulf view. We watched incredible sunsets. The pool was very clean. We were very pleased with the BBQ area - Weber grills and all necessary equipment. Very well maintained BBQ area - even had an herb garden. The beach was fantastic. I cannot say enough about the best vacation ever!
