Centrally located, everything within easy walking distance. Vaporetto stop S. Stae 7mins walk from apt. Lots of great eateries nearby. Apartment very clean, well laid out and comfortable.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment with 5 people. Beautiful and bright, lots of light and windowsComes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine. 3 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and ensuite, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single bedsPerfect location, not at all busy in the morning. On the 3rd floor so a few stairs to get up but this is fine.Right next to the Giglio vaparetto stop for easy transport. Would definitely stay again

Stepping into this apartment felt like returning home. It was clean, spacious, close to a water bus stop & had a fabulous view.I loved it.Rita was a great host & I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay away from the manic crowds, yet walking distance if you wish. Loved the local feel of the area. And do eat at “very good”.. it too is amazing.

Out stay in this wonderful apartment started with excellent communication and being met at the water bus stop by Giovanni who showed us the way, walked us through the apartment features and showed us his amazing yellow folder of local information. Brilliant.

I looked for days on the various accommodation websites, about 11 months prior to our Italian holiday - this is the best place for two people without doubt. If you are lucky enough to find it available, just book it. It’s beautifully renovated, basically new, surrounded by canals. Occasional passing singing gondoliers a bonus. Close to the water bus stop and the main attractions without being overcrowded. We loved it.

Exquisite apartment. Giuseppe is amazing. Always available to help with anything. Truly beautiful apartment. With everything you could need.Everything has been thought of. Situated on piazza dei Signori. Supermarkets and local fruit and meat arcade 10 - 20 metres away. Can walk everywhere. While away the evenings on the terrace watching all the activity in the piazza. I highly recommend staying at Palazzo Cavazza Foscari! It is in a wonderful location in the center of Venezia. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We also had a lovely gift waiting for us on arrival, Also cold lemon & mint water waiting for us on arrival on a very hot day, which was very welcome and much appreciated. Our host Cristiana was wonderful and warm to communicate with throughout the entire process from booking to staying at her beautiful old Palazzo apartment. All in all It was an amazing chance to experience Venetian life , living like a local! Thankyou Cristiana for everything!
