Holiday rentals near Llyn y Cefn

A beautiful little cottage with amazing views. Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but the surprise is in the location. Distant from the road, but not isolated, the cottage is situated in the lee of the mountains, and adjacent to the Slate Way. WE enjoyed walks and a trip on the Welsh Highland Railway.

Thank you Lynn for a lovely stay. Beddgellert is beautiful and peaceful and we picked a great week to stay. Mid May had beautiful weather. The property was clean, the beds comfy, the position perfect and the river scenery from the back deck was great. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon after sightseeing all day. There were basic supplies which is a nice touch as well. I hope we get chance to visit again, i couldn't think of anywhere better. 5 stars.

Lovely spot so close to all that Betws-y-coed and the surrounding area has to offer. The house was well equipped and we had all we needed for our stay. Afternoon tea treat was appreciated. Gareth was very obliging, to help us out with the door locks on the night we arrived, even though it meant driving over an hour. Wasn't anything wrong(very embarrassing) but a new type of safety type of door handle and lock we haven't come across previously (we are from Australia). A delightful apartment with everything we required. We sat at dining table each morning for brekky with the curtains open to lookout over the estuary and watch the magnificent white swans either gliding along the water in formation or simply ducking for food, depending on the tide. Had no complaints. Did a short heritage steam ride which is a couple of mins. walk from the apartment. Porthmadog a cute little place to spend a week. We were there in November so was pretty cold but everything we needed was close by.
