Great place plenty of space for the 7 of us view of the skyline impressive handy to everything

We loved staying, location and the environment created was very special. Had a hiccup getting the keys but that was my fault, the response was excellent and helpful thank you. The apartment is fully equiped with all that you need and lots more, the beds are comfortable, the location was great not far from anything, was lovely to have the balcony and a great view. Would say again thank you for creating such a lovely place Cindy

The property was exactly as advertised, beautifully furnished, clean and more than comfortable for longer stays with all the amenities available within the studio loft. Key pickup was no issues, however concierge did not give the clearest directions on how to get to the designated parking spot. Would not recommend for larger vehicles as some very tight corners to get into the north end of the car park. The loft is very conveniently located near Woolworths, tram stop right out of the front, and plenty of places to eat being so centrally located. We will definitely be coming back to stay for longer as we only got to indulge for a weekend!

The property was spotless, and more spacious than I expected. A great location with public transport, and good options for breakfast and lunch nearby. Very quiet and secure apartment building. Will definitely consider for my next trip to Melbourne!

Nestled in the heart of Parkville, I had the pleasure staying in this charming one-bedroom gem. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a cozy sanctuary with just the right amount of personality. The bedroom fits a bed and your dreams (tight squeeze, but worth it), while the kitchen invites you to whip up instant noodles like a Michelin-starred chef. Bonus: the location is unbeatable—cafes, parks, and trams practically beg you to enjoy Melbourne living at its finest. It’s small, but mighty—like Melbourne’s version of a flat white. A perfect fit for those who travel light but live large! I would definitely come back

Really great little unit in a great location!

The property is in a perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, queen victoria markets and central shopping centre/train station all within a 5 minutes walk. It is very easy to travel in this area with it also being in the middle of the free tram zone. The property itself is in a secure highrise building which needs a key tag to get inside. It was very clean and all ammenities we needed were provided. The big floor to ceiling windows facing the city gave us a wonderful view that changed as the day progressed. The only thing to consider is the process of picking up the keys. As you have to go to a different location to pick them up, you need to account for the extra time needed to get inside the property. We were provided with some very helpful videos and in-depth descriptions of the check-in process that helped a lot with making sure it ran smoothly. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy accommodation at a very affordable price. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting next.
