The Villa has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Centrally located for exploring many of the local Tuscany highlights with a quick tram to Florence.Worth staying in to enjoy the pool and surrounds when the weather is good. Great outdoor space! We were 15 adults.

Amazing villa, great check in process. Rooms gorgeous, living space's very comfortable. We stayed with 2 families over Christmas, very cosy. A car is very useful to see neighbouring towns.

Amassing cottage exactly as describe, super clean plenty of space for a family. Great location right in the heart of Tuscany with incredible views and it was super peaceful. Magdalena was so nice and knowledgeable very responsive and gave us numerous recommendations for the local area. The house is ease to find through google maps instead of GPS. Truly a dream house in the quiet, beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful experience. The location is extraordinary but to focus solely on the location is selling this apartment short. The presentation of the apartment in this 16th century building was everything we had hoped for. The host, Lorenzo, was so welcoming and generous, nothing was too much trouble. A bottle of wine on arrival, so beautifully presented, was the perfect start to our stay. A lift meant we didn’t have to lug our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. And then there is the location! Beware though, being opposite Florence’s famous leather market might result in some damage to your wallet! Thank you Lorenzo for a truely memorable stay.

This is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor (i.e. one level up).The stairs are wide with railings and the stairs are in good condition.The entry is secured and you are safe within the building (which is two storeys high). That said, Prato and the Datini Apartments area is very safe. The two bedrooms are quite large with large Queen size beds with clothing cupboards, desk and chair and TV in each. The TVs are Smart TVs so you can use your apps (we were also able to access Netflix and Prime free among a wide range of apps). Free to air Italian TV is also available. The bathroom is a good size with shower (above head on roof shower head and hand held both available in an "in bath" arrangement).The taps simple to use. Good size sink and mirror and all the toiletries you might need.Toilet and bidet. The kitchen and dining area, while compact include all your cooking needs. Gas cook top and oven. Large refrigerator. Kettle, toaster, microwave oven, Italian coffee expresso makers with coffee provided (3 sizes). All the cutlery, plates and glasses etc that you need are available. The dining table has four chairs. There is a good size laundry with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. There is an outdoor setting on a verandah out the back. In a great location - this lovely apartment 150 metres from St Francesco Piazza with supermarket, restaurants. Francesco the owner is a great host. Generous with his time and information. Lovely historical building right in the heart of Prato. Marco had fantastic communication with us and we were met on arrival and given recommendations for local restaurants and nearby attractions. The host could not have been more helpful and checked on us during our stay. Highly recommended.
