Holiday rentals near Kyoto Racecourse

We loved our stay in this beautiful house with great amenities. A fantastic location, close to many temples, gardens and cafes. The hosts were very accommodating and gave clear communication for the check in. There are also amazing forest walks nearby that pass through a number of less visited temples. We hope to return some day soon.

Great place to stay in Kyoto for a few days with a family. Lovely house close to subway, restaurants and many temples. Really easy and good to deal with.

This was our second time staying at this lovely property and weren’t disappointed. We had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay.

Authentic accommodation. The host and the owner were wonderful. We dealt with Satoru who was amazing. Speaks fluent English and very knowledgeable of the area. His recommendations were great especially for food. Will happily stay there again.

Amazingly hospitable hosts. Great traditional and western fusion accommodation.

This property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here greatly. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us a good tour on arrival and provided plenty of advice about the surrounding area. They also responded very promptly to any msgs in the Stayz app. Property was very clean, easy to walk to/from the train and in a nice area.

We were greeted at the door by Yoshiko. Lovely to meet with her again. She explained changes that had happened since Covid. The machiya is a piece of history and is so peaceful. The bath is amazing with a feature that will fill then notify you that it is ready. The garden off the bedroom is a calming place to enjoy. This is such a well situated place to stay. We would love to return.

This is a lovely Japanese house that easily accomodated all 8 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a lovely kitchen table to gather around. Terrific location near JR line. Great local restaurants an easy walk away. Bed rooms were lovely. We'd highly recommend this house.
