Holiday rentals near Piccolo Teatro Delle Melodie Veneziane

I looked for days on the various accommodation websites, about 11 months prior to our Italian holiday - this is the best place for two people without doubt. If you are lucky enough to find it available, just book it. It’s beautifully renovated, basically new, surrounded by canals. Occasional passing singing gondoliers a bonus. Close to the water bus stop and the main attractions without being overcrowded. We loved it.

We stayed with a large group of family ranging from 11 years of age to 59 years of age. The accommodation was very spacious and great for a group. Stefano was a great host with so many great tips and information available. The location was fantastic and we loved everything about our stay. Thanks for your hospitality Stefano.

The house is beautiful and clean in a very quiet area. The rooms are large and spacious. Great restaurants nearby and all the main tourist attractions within an easy walking distance. Giovanni was very helpful meeting us at the ferry and walking us to the unit, taking the time to show us the house and other useful information. He was also helpful and responsive during our stay.

This place was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Jane was super organized and met us at the watergate belonging to the apartment. This made the exit from Val Gardena Skiing so much easier with our 10plus pieces of luggage we had with us. The apartment is in a lovely quiet part of Venice. We love this area and stay here each time we visit, as you can spend the day sightseeing and come home to a life with the locals. Great restaurants within walking distance and coop around the corner was so handy. There are also some very individual shops just outside your door for a quick last minute shop! Now the apartment itself was stunning, like living in an art gallery. It has so much character and everything you need. Once again Jane was amazing and so accommodating. Thank you Jane and can’t wait to return.

When you book a property sight unseen from overseas, it's always a bit of a gamble, and you feel nervous as you arrive in the city. This apartment was stunning. We were met at the boat and walked the 7 or so minutes to this beautiful, roomy 2 bedroom property. Close to everything, clean, well equipped and modern. It was more than we could have wished for. We had a glorious week there to start our italian holiday. Many thanks to Ilia for looking after us so well!
