We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Martina was very organised in contacting us before we checked in and then left excellent guides in the apartment for a 2 day stay. The property is clean, well equipped and extremely well located. We had a great time.

Our plan was to secure a well located and comfortable flat (apartment) in Florence and live there for three weeks. Unpack, settle in and come and go as we would if we lived there. This worked so well and we were delighted with our stay. In fact the flat was a highlight of the trip. So well located, stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio and the constant movement of happenings on the Arno River. As a family closely associated with the sport of rowing we were delighted in seeing so much activity with the rowing club opposite. The flat was perfectly arranged and all facilities were available . Comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The kitchenette was quite adequate and well provided with implements. The large double bed was superbly comfortable. We were hosted graciously, welcomed, and made to feel that assistance was always available. A lovely flat, superbly located with access to the old part of Florence. Restaurants close at hand as are the antiquities of the city.

We were greeted by Elisabetta on arrival who went to extraordinary efforts to make sure everything was perfect; including a complimentary welcoming pack (with wine) for us to enjoy. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and included all the expected amenities and some additional complimentary cooking supplies; even a supply of ground coffee and an Italian percolating machine! The location is amazing and close to all the attractions Florence has to offer. It really made our 5-night stay in Florence extremely enjoyable and very memorable. We were looking for a centrally located property with 2 bedrooms of equal size, both with bathrooms. This property fitted the bill and was delightful. You couldn't get a better location overlooking the Arno and straight across from the Uffizi. Both bedrooms and the living room had the same view. One bathroom was smaller but was not a problem. A two minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio with a supermarket, bars and restaurants within a minute's walk. Although it was well fitted out, we didn't need to use the kitchen apart from breakfast. However, the washing machine and ironing facilities were a great boon. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a special stay in Florence.
