Japan family rentals

Amazing property, great location, great amenities, free beer and sake every evening. This was a wonderful place to stay

We stayed there for seeing Tokyo. There is a subway station near by. The nearest subway entry to the hotel has an elevator which is good.

Absolutely amazing with two young kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's easy to reach from Ueno station. The check in was fast, with all the necessary information given. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. It is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen featuring a good sized fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

Amazing place!! Super clean, spacious, great facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. Large bathroom especially for Japan. Very close (walking distance) to temple and local yummy eateries. Thanks Koko Hotel!! We really really enjoyed ourselves. Totally recommend!!

This was probably the best property we stayed at in Japan. The room was comfortable, even with 2 adults and 2 kids in the space. The kitchenette was AMAZING and so handy, and I just loved the bathroom/ drying room. The host had everything clearly labelled in English which was so helpful and generous. The location was super convenient and easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!

The property suited our group of 8 adults and one teenager. There are three bedrooms with western style beds and two dining areas with tatami matting where you can set up futons. we rented the whole property which is otherwise divided into two apartments. There is a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and washing machine in each. closest station is Yotsugi, only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Local restaurants were welcoming with good food. There is a handy convenience store at the station. All communications with the property manager was by email in Japanese. Google translate was helpful but you still need to read carefully to find all the information.
