Although centrally located it is set back from the main road within a courtyard setting affording privacy and quiet. The apartment has three good sized bedrooms, all with zip and link beds which can be made up as either one double bed or with two single beds with the master benefitting from an en-suite shower room.There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer. There is a comfortable lounge and a dining area in the spacious hall. There is also a family shower room. The apartment benefits from private off street parking - a fabulous addition in central St Andrews. A great Property in a great location. It was well equipped, well decorated and very comfortable.

Hidden jem in center of St Andrew’s

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious apartment. All bedrooms were a good size, had comfortable beds and good linens. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One prime feature being free car parking in St Andrew’s! That being said the location was so central that no car was needed. The apartment exceeded my expectations, having all necessary appliances and good quality, comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor. We had no issues with booking and all went without a hitch.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of town

Stayed in January 2019 and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was ideal and very comfortable. Location was perfect and had the added benefit of a private parking space. Recommend to all and will definitely return.
