Needs to be cleaned. St Andrews has issues with sea gulls but the petrified poop is not acceptable. The outside is filthy and the inside needs a major update. Furniture is real old and one couch is held together with ropes.

Sorry about seagulls they have become an issue in St Andrews. The deck was clean for you, we cannot clean deck every day of your stay. House carpets are all brand new with the exception of the hall which does not require to be replaced. Furniture is expensive, quality traditional in keeping with the building. Your comment re a couch is sorry, amusing, as the couch you refer to is a high quality piece in excellent condition. Main bedroom en-suite and family bathroom are fully refurbished and less than two years old. I accept that something must have annoyed you to make these comments but none of them actually resonate with previous comments received.
