Good room and showers. Cleaning could be better. Next to Vatican but far away from the others points of interests. Air conditioning didn’t cool enouth and internet didn’t work (that was really a problem, we need to use internet to work) I tryed to reach the office but nobody showed up to solve the problem
This apartment was great for us. The location is close to the Vatican and is in a safe neighborhood. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a mini-grocery within a couple minutes’ walk. There is AC, a washer (which also has a dryer mode), clothes drying rack, fridge, and freezer. In the kitchen area, there is a sink and stovetop (no oven or microwave). There are enough dishes, flatware, and pans to serve a few people. The beds and bathrooms have plenty of space. The checkin process was easy and the property manager had good communication via WhatsApp. We had one problem with an item in the apartment but they acknowledged and addressed it (likely fixed by now).Be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs and there’s no elevator.I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

If location was everything, this place would be a 10/10. You can literally see the Vatican walls from the window and the neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants. Sadly, that’s where the magic ends.First up: the internet, which was out the entire stay. Their grand solution? “We called the provider.” And then… silence. No updates, no repair, no carrier pigeons with data packets. Just us, tethering to our phones and pretending it was 1998.Then there’s the AC in the primary bedroom, which also decided to retire before our arrival. Their response was peak comedy: “Can you send photos of it not blowing cold air?” Sure, let me just photograph the concept of warm disappointment real quick. Spoiler: no one ever showed up to fix it.Check-in was another mini adventure. You have to meet someone in person, which isn’t the end of the world, but despite me texting updates like I was tracking a rocket launch, they still showed up 15 minutes late. So there we stood, sweating on the sidewalk with our luggage — very glamorous. The apartment itself is actually gorgeous, which makes all of this even more frustrating. But here’s the deal: if you’re fine living without Wi-Fi and consider sleeping in a warm, stuffy room part of the European experience, then by all means, book it. If not, learn from our mistakes — because if something isn’t working when you check in, it’s probably still not working when you check out.
Wir waren 5 Nächte in der Wohnung, die uns fünf ausreichend Platz bot. Alles war wirklich sehr gut, einzig die Grundausstattung (Spülmittel, Schwamm, …) vermissten wir etwas.
