Beautiful, Peaceful retreat

My husband and I have our birthday's 8 days apart. We have begun a new tradition of taking a "get away" trip during that week. We loved our time at Sagebrush II. The home is beautiful. We will return to this location with our family and stay in this home again. It would be nice to know the history of this home. Possibly adding a page to the info book?

Had a great time in this old historic house. Lots of toasty warm space including a beautiful upgraded kitchen. We had puzzles going the whole time on the huge dining table. Very homey - lots of fun!! Will return.

One of the BEST EVER!

We've traveled quite a bit and this property ranks in the top three. Home is incredibly charming with original character; but has been remodeled beautifully. You get the best of both worlds! We had an early Thanksgiving dinner with my family and had everything we could possibly need for cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. Beds were so comfortable and had top notch linens. Clean as could be and even the abundant windows were spotless inside and out. The gift basket that greeted us was just icing on the cake. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to the pickiest of travelers.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for our fall break. The location of the house is just 2 blocks from groceries, 2 blocks from local bar/restaurant. Fun little town. The kitchen has been remodeled in the house and it's perfect - well supplied. We cooked several meals there. The bathrooms have all been remodeled - very nice. The kids slept upstairs - had their own room and bathroom. Nice garage. The house worked well with great location to the park entrances. Would definitely stay here again in the future

This place is AMAZING!

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely house. It was very close to downtown so we were able to walk to dinner and the park. The house is absolutely beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. There is a nice dog run in the back so you can bring your furry family member. You should absolutely stay here if it is available, the price is right and especially for the comfort.

Very clean accommodations, that were quiet and well appointed. Having the gas grille was a nice amenity, as was being within walking distance of downtown. We were able to check in early to begin our biking weekend - which was very much appreciated. I definitely recommend this booking.

We were very lucky to find this amazing house. First - the house is immaculate, cleanest we have ever stayed in. You can tell the owners care about the details. The house is huge with tons of room. The deck area was awesome to enjoy the warm sun. The kitchen was such a delight to cook in. We met friends in Fruita and it was just 2 blocks to Hot Tomato for pizza and drinks at the Copper Club - just a short walk home. There are 2 great bikes in the garage that we tried out around town.... such fun! We will be back in the spring to spend some more time and would recommend this house to anyone looking for convenience of downtown.

Very big house, beautifully decorated, great kitchen with all new appliances, and a brand new gas grill - I think we were the first to use it. The beds are so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Loved our stay, would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location, beautiful and so very comfortable. I will try and stay here again next year! If we needed something in the house, we found it. The front porch was so comfortable, we had breakfast out there. This corner was pretty busy regarding traffic; however, you don't hear it in the house - we all slept very well! We are looking forward to the addition of the BBQ grill; however, this trip we didn't need it but it will be nice for the next stay! Thank you!!! Michelle

Wonderfully updated house

We were in Fruita for a weekend of mountain biking. This house was awesome! It has a lot of character and yet it has been updated so that all of the modern conveniences are present. It has a lot of space to stretch out and a very comfortable feel. We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was a nice change since we usually have a difficult time traveling with bikes. It is close to restaurants and shops and we enjoyed walking to dinner instead of driving. I would definitely stay here again.
