Kristy and Mike have been providing property management services for luxury properties for the past 30 years. We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Our goal is to make your stay with us 5 stars!
Why they chose this property
We built the Guest House in 2008 on 5 acres of property just outside of the Fruita City limits. The home is perfectly situated to maximize the views of the Colorado National Monument. We enjoy the wide open space, no neighbors and yet just 5 minute drive to town. The houses are surrounded by green grass all summer and makes the hot summers feel cooler.
What makes this property unique
Treat yourself to a peaceful escape at the Carriage House! Beautiful views of the Monument as you relax by the pond or play fetch with Fido on the spacious 5 acre lot. 2 Townie Bikes provided for leisurely rides on the near path or around town!
