About this property

Fantastic apartment in a quiet street near the beach and the center of Can Picafort. It is located in front of the beach and has large windows and windows that provide light and be able to enjoy the magnificent views of the bay, in addition to benefiting from the pleasant sea breeze. Highly recommended for a pleasant vacation by the sea!

Distribution:
Nice and practical apartment with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Perfect distribution with large living room, comfortable sofas, TV and SATELLITE reception, internet-WIFI, with a perfectly equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third with a single bed. Two bathrooms, one complete with a bathtub and the second with a shower. Bright and spacious rooms.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The cost is € 185
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
