Villa Sa Torre - with private swimming pool

Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed.



Beautiful villa located in an area of ​​calm and tranquility a few meters from rocky beaches and only 2 kilometers from sandy beaches, as well as beautiful walks by the sea, ideal for families or groups of adults.



The house has two floors where we find a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room with table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The room on the top floor has a balcony with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea.



In the outdoor area we find a fabulous private pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sunbeds, a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals made on the barbecue and spend an unforgettable vacation.



Nearby you will find two important golf courses (Golf Maioris and Golf Son Antem), by car the Arenal leisure area is only 5 minutes away, the airport approximately 10-15 minutes away. Just 25 minutes away we will find one of the best beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc.



If you do not have a car, 200 meters away there is the bus stop (line 520), which will connect you with the Club Nautico del Arenal and the Balneario 1 of Playa de Palma in less than 15 minutes and with the center of Palma in approximately 40 minutes

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning on the second floor, although the clients will be provided with the necessary fans. It has central heating throughout the house.

Loved everything

The team managing the property were fantastic, answering any queries we had and resolving any issues immediately. The property itself is gorgeous however there are a lot of cosmetic issues, particularly in the outside area. Despite the above I would recommend this villa to anyone with a family wanting a relaxing trip for a reasonable price but ensure you rent a car to support you with getting around.

We had a lovely time at this villa and the host was really great An early check-in and late check-out was no problem. Things we had a problem with, were fixed on the same day. The house is spacious and the pool is great. Our 1.5 year old daughter had an amazing time as well. The supermarket is 5min by car and a beautiful and relaxing beach club -Mhares- is 5min away by car as well and children are allowed. I can definitely recommend this villa for families Thank you With regards to the house, perhaps it only would be worth to add a bigger TV and add a banister for safety for children.

On arriving the villa, the pool was very very dirty, when I called the number they said they would be out the next day which meant we lost a day in the pool. The reason for the dirty pool was apparently there was muddy rain but I can see there was a poor attempt of previous cleaning and may be muddy rain was just a good excuse, It’s now been 16 days since I left the property and my high deposit is still to be refunded. I contact them again today and I am still awaiting a reply Overall it was ok that’s why I never gave them an all bad review…

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück. Leider war die Beschreibung der Umgebung nicht ganz korrekt z.Bsp. ist die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit fast 2,5km entfernt und nicht 200m wie beschriebenen. Bushaltestelle ist aber fast vor der Tür wo ständig Busse fahren.

Villa au top!

Villa au top ! Nous étions un groupe d’amis de 7 personnes et c’était génial. La villa est très bien située, commerce et petits restaurants à 5 minutes en voiture je conseille le Oli Oli pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, un barbecue un frigo avec une grande partie congélateur. Également une machine à laver le linge et un lave vaisselle ce qui est très utile quand on est 7. Le centre de Palma se trouve à seulement 30 minutes. Il y a la Cala Pi a 15 minutes de la villa, elle est incroyablement belle. Je recommande cette villa ! -

Hola, We recommend this house its a very nice house with a very clean swimming pool ! The area around is incredible you can go down and see the must beautiful beach. The neigbour are calm and very respectful! Its really resting! The night is very good you dont need any ace. Everything was well explained and very kind the give us somes beers, thanks again ! Alles war sehr gut organisiert und der Ablauf perfekt

Lage zum Radfahren und Golfen ist perfekt. Die Abwasserleitungen der Waschbecken und WC`s lassen Gerüche entstehen, hier sollte mal gespült werden. Die Poolbeleuchtung (eine Leuchte, die Poolpumpe und die Rasenprenger) arbeiten Tagsüber im hellen, das könnte optimierte werden. Ansonsten alles Super.

Der Pool ist traumhaft und die Lage super Schlüsselübergabe ganz unkompliziert, Parkplatz vorhanden Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien und wir hatten auch etwas Milch, Apfelsaft und Bier im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft Die Anlage ist gepflegt und einmal in den 8 Tagen hat wer nach dem Pool gesehen, damit alles passt bezüglich Chlorgehalt etc. Die Betten waren bequem und die Räume gross genug und jeder Raum einen grossen Kasten die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht überzeugt -Haare von Vormietern überall in den Duschabflüssen- und leider jeden Abend Kanalgestank im ganzen Haus wenn alle duschen waren das war sehr schade Ehrlichkeitshalber sollte auch irgendwo extra stehen dass es nur in einem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt Aber das war für uns nicht so wichtig
