The Linney is a thoughtfully converted barn nestled within the owner's farmland, in the Devon village of Littleham. All ground floor, it boasts one king-size bed on a raised platform, sleeping two people altogether. The shower room is next door and there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a garden with seating and shared lawn with a barbecue. The Linney offers a relaxing break in a wonderful region for touring Devon and Cornwall. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Dogs must be kept on leads in the grounds of the property.

Stabling and grazing may be available for guests' own horse, which can be arranged directly with the owner.

Northam Burrows Country Park lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, whilst the South West Coastal Path and the Tarka Trail offer walking and cycling opportunities. Barnstaple is close by with a pannier market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two beaches.
