Designed for big families who want to combine mountain, beach and tourism,

It is a house of recent construction (2012) designed to meet our fantasy of life, spend time with family and friends, surrounded by nature, in an idyllic setting.

It gives us the quality of a rural environment, while allowing us, in 30 minutes by car, access to two of the most interesting capitals of our country, such as San Sebastian and Pamplona.

Minimalist style, the house has large windows that make you feel outside, from the comfort of the interior.

Very spacious and diaphanous rooms, with double height living room and roof beams in sight (6 meters high).

Great holiday chalet

Good overall experience. Heating instructions could be provided to make clear how to work the heating at outset and as underfloor heating takes a while to heat rooms this should be turned on before guests arrive.

Xele’s house is very cool - big windows that overlook the countryside and lots of space inside. The town is beautiful. Xele was a great communicator and very responsive our whole trip. We needed more help than normal as we adjusted to restaurant and store open hours and not speaking basque or Spanish fluently. Our youngest loved playing with the toys that were in the house - that was a great surprise. It got really hot while we were there and we had trouble cooling it off enough with fans and opening windows. Because of that we had trouble sleeping a few nights. It would be great to be there in the fall, spring, or even winter. We also had an issue with the washing machine, but hopefully that will be all fixed for the next guest.

Hemos pasado 3 dias en esta casa con la familia. Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es preciosa. Muy bien ubicada para hacer excursiones en los valles cercanos. 100% recomendable. Gracias a Xelestino que ha sido muy amable, respondiendo reapidamente a todas nuestras dudas.

Magnifique maison moderne, avec des grands volumes (sauf la cuisine qui est un peu petite), 3 grandes chambres (le dortoir est top !), 2 grandes salles de bain et 3 toilettes. Il manque la climatisation pour en faire une maison à 5 étoiles.

Estancia en Sumbilla

Pasamos una semana estupenda en casa de Xelestino. No pudimos conocerlo (será a la próxima) por estar él de viaje, pero siempre estuvo muy disponible por teléfono. La casa es muy completa en menaje y muy cómoda en general. Paisajes fantásticos y mucha tranquilidad. Muy recomendable.
