A super holiday property, spotless and comfortable with a great view of the racecourse. Everything is thought of by the attentive host with plenty of extras eg toiletries and basic kitchen items. Hope to return next year to watch some racing!

What a lovely review Pamela, thank you very much. It was great to meet you and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
We had contact from the owner prior to our stay. He provided a lot of information both about the property and the area. He also popped by to check everything was ok
The accommodation was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with friends. The walk into Stratford was through lovely countryside/parkland and the views over the racecourse are fab.

Great Guests ... more than welcome back any time; they left the house in spotless condition and we would highly recommend them to other hosts
Very comfortable property with a lovely view across the race track. Quiet area. 20 minute walk into Stratford along the river.
Stratford is a delightful town with good shops and of course, the fascinating Shakespeare connection. Altogether a lovely stay.
Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Convenient for a pleasant 25minute riverside walk into town. Very quiet. Lovely views over the racecourse. Highly recommended.

A 15 MINUTE WALK ... if you take the
equally scenic quick route... but that way is lovely too. Thank you so much for your great review, we hope that you will visit again soon.
The house was very welcoming and comfortable with amazing views. A 15 minute walk into Stratford along the river, which was perfect. Mike was very responsive and helpful, giving clear instructions on how to find the house and also provide useful local information. We will definitely return for our next reunion.

What a lovely review Jay, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for leaving the house nice and tidy. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
The property turned out to be everything it claimed - comfortable, clean, a good supply of useful kitchen equipment and well stocked with basic household supplies.
We spent Christmas Day 'at home', cooking Christmas dinner for 6 of us, having spent Christmas Eve on a lovely walk from the house into town. We would certainly be happy to book this property again.

What a lovely review Heather, thank you for taking the time to do that. We have many great reviews on other sites but only a few on here.. so, double thanks ! Do come and stay again soon ... and please tell your friends !!
The house is in a great location, overlooking the race course and with balconies and a patio.
Town centre is a gentle walk along the river, I managed a morning jog around the race track and a stroll down the very popular Greenway.
Inside it is really clean, with loads of space for 6 of us to freely move around without bumping into each other.
My dad isn’t great on his feet, so a downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a great feature.
The house has everything - we’ve been caught out before needing the essentials like washing up liquid or salt but the cupboards are stocked.
Communication with the owner was superb throughout.
All in all, highly recommended and we are looking forward to coming back.
Many thanks

What a fabulous review Jonathan, and thank you for being model guests. We look forward to welcoming you back soon
This property worked well for 6 adults, though 4 people had to share the top bathroom (while the other 2 had a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor.) The main part of the house is the first floor (what is considered the second in the US), and has a kitchen with fridge and freezer, and the controls for the hot water and heat (which we did not touch). The living room has a tv, 2 small couches (not quite enough for all 6 adults to sit on the couches together) and a dining table with 6 chairs. We all found the beds comfortable, enjoyed the view of the race course, and enjoyed our walks to town (about 20-30m depending on which side of the river you wanted).

Comfortable accommodation with stunning view of racecourse. Enjoyed the quiet location with picturesque walk into town where, of course, there is lots to do. Excellent communication with owner. Our favourite place to visit was Warwick Castle and favourite place to eat was The Boathouse.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. Perfect location from town centre. Will definately look to stay there again in the future (when, hopefully, there will be horse racing on that can be watched from the garden).
Wow! What an amazing location over looking the Racecourse and so close to Stratford Town Centre. If you thinking of booking then definitely book you won’t be disappointed.
We had a very happy weekend with our family celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was perfect for our needs, in a lovely location. Nice and quiet, yet only a short walk into the centre of Stratford where you are spoilt for choice for places to eat.

Modern clean property with everything provided for. Property on 3 floors with great view of the race course. Quiet residential area with nice walk along the river to town centre, with handy directions available in property. The owner was easy to contact and came round straight away when we had a problem with the boiler and sorted it. Bring your slippers as no shoes in the house.

A very comfortable pleasant nights stay, all the facilities were spot on and we didn't want for anything. Particularly loved the views of the racecourse, we would definitely recommend this property and will be using it again for future visit to Warwick

Thank you very much for your lovely review; we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Just had a great stay in Stratford, the house is in a great location and only an approx. 20 minute picturesque walk into town.
Great walks within the vicinity, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
Lovely to look out across the race course from the lounge.
The house was very well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Mike who even text us to say we could get in earlier than check in time if we wished.
Would highly recomend this property for a visit to Stratford,
exploring the Cotswords and central England.

Hello, I'm Mike. I have been renting out holiday properties for many years now and enjoy providing our guests with a 5* experience. It's the little things, not just the big things, that count.
I always try to ensure that our guests have everything that they might need, from a well equipped kitchen to nice sheets and towels. I also like travelling myself, and am always happy if my holiday home is clean, comfortable and everything is working so well that it feels like my own home! If anything is not right or needs fixing please do tell me at once so that I can put it right for you and our future guests.
My wife Aly also keeps me on the straight and narrow and is a huge help in making sure that our guest have a great experience.
Why they chose this property
These properties fronting on to the beautiful 75+ acre Stratford Upon Avon horse race course don't come up for sale very often. I have been waiting for over five years and so when this house became available I snapped it up immediately. It really is a great location.
What makes this property unique
It is rare locally to find such a quiet property, with such a great view so close to the town centre.
