Fabulous destination for couples and families, just yards from the sandy beach and breaking rollers, in a lovely bright first floor apartment.. All on the first floor.

Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Lawned garden (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store (shared). On road parking. No smoking. Please note: No children.. Set right on the promenade of Spittal’s sandy beach, enjoy fabulous views across Sandstell Point and along the coast from the big picture window, which floods light into the open plan living space. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully presented, there is a sloping lawned area at the front with garden furniture. This is a great spot from which to explore the Berwickshire and the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with fascinating little villages, working harbours, stately homes and castles to be discovered. Catch the local bus into Berwick-upon-Tweed, 2 miles, with its Elizabethan ramparts, good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a railway station which connects to Edinburgh and Newcastle in 50 minutes. Nearby, visit the tidal Holy Island, or take a boat trip from Seahouses to see the Farne Island puffins and seals. Explore the Northumberland National Park, famous for the Dark Skies Park, and the coastal path. Beach 100 yards. Shop and pub 530 yards, restaurant ½ mile.
