Our apartment is placed in a picturesque and quiet area a few meters from a lovely canal.
The perfect starting point for your tours in Venice.
In a typical Venetian building, with a private door, the apartment is on two levels, ground and first, and it can host comfortably four people.
On the ground floor, there is a welcoming living space with double sofa-bed and one bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a large living room with double sofa, spacious kitchen corner, second bathroom with bathtub and the master double bedroom.

Our first trip to Venice and this property made it a great stay. There was lots of space to get cozy. The upstairs shower didn't want to cooperate but the downstairs one was great.

The flat was very desapointing. It was dark, dated, this upstairs bathroom shower head didn’t work properly, the kitchen was not in very good condition and it was very expensive for the quality.
