We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The kitchen, in particular, was really good, making preparing meals with produce from the Rialto markets a viable option. The location was great, a short walk and only one (relatively easy) bridge from San Toma vaporetto stop. There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. And, of course, the view was stupendous!

The apartment was fantastic! It was very spacious and comfortable, full of windows overlooking a canal with a gondola stop and impressive church. There is a lively bar right next door that made for a great atmosphere and people watching (the windows have great sound proofing so noise was never a concern).The place was very clean, wifi worked great for remote work, it had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Great historic property on a canal looking at a Basilica. Everything you need is next door - grocery, bars, restaurants, gift shops and gondolas. Pictures are very accurate. Owner responsive. Busy area daytime, seems to be on a main walking route. There is a bar below the apartment but music was off by 10pm each night. We did hear people outside very late a couple of nights but we are light sleepers so this may not bother some people.

A very nice first floor apartment, comfortable, and facing one of Venice’s most beautiful churches. It was quiet, clean, well equipped with everything I needed, and I think nicer than the photos. A full kitchen, laundry, bathroom with good shower, nice living room, all spacious and with big windows. The internet was good. The owner and his assistant were both kind and helpful. The area is lovely and there are many restaurants and cafes plus a supermarket around the corner. I was in Venice for research at the university and enjoyed my stay.

Phantastische Lage und sensationeller Blick!

Die Wohnung hat alles zum Wohlfühlen! Wir kochen auch gerne und das war sehr gut möglich. Man blickt vom Wohnzimmer und von den Schlafzimmern direkt auf die Frari-Kirche! Trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Leckeres Eis gibt es hinter der Frari und bei San Toma haben wir sehr lecker gegessen. Wir kommen wieder!
