Located in the Palms at Wailea complex, across from the ocean view clubhouse, Unit 303 is beautifully decorated and recently remodeled, right down to the furniture. This ground floor unit is rare with its split system air conditioning; it'll feel like your home away from home. With approximately 1200 sq. ft. of living space, you can spread out and relish the fact that you've made it to paradise! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.
A stone's throw away from the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this non-smoking unit has wonderful amenities! The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counter tops and a dining table large enough to seat 6 people. The condo has a spacious feel with a mirrored wall in the dining room and open floor plan to the living room, tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. Large sliding glass doors give an airy feel with the warmth of the sun that open up to a nice sized lanai complete with outside dining table and chairs Wi Fi is available also. Sit back and enjoy all the comforts of home! Try out the pool and jacuzzi to relax after a day of sightseeing. The whole experience leaves you with the feeling of Hawaiian immersion!

The Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo. There are community grills available at the Palms at Wailea!
