There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub. Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.

With separate access from the main house, leading to an entrance hall with plenty of space for shoes, coats, boots and even pets. There is a large main lounge/dining area with 49 inch smart TV, comfy corner sofa and pitched ceiling with beams making the whole area feel very spacious. Leading from the living area there is a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, kitchen and stairs to the twin bedroom which is in the eaves of the barn. This room has far reaching country views and is ideal for children. The large master bedroom has king size bed, open pitched ceiling and countryside views. The surrounding fields are a real haven for wildlife including resident Barn owls, little owls and at night badgers passing through. There is also lots of wild deer. Care should be taken when driving up the lane especially at night to make sure they are avoided.
