Typical Malouin house with free parking
Seasonal rental
our house of Saint Malo with private parking for 2 vehicles possible. Our house is located near
of intramural says the "Rock" by the malouins.
30 minutes walk, 10 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike or bus. The SNCF train station and the Maritime Station are 1.5 km from the house.
On the ground floor an entrance which serves a closed living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, box and wifi, board games, books. A fully equipped kitchen that gives access to the garden terrace, fenced .. A separate toilet.
On the floor a landing which serves, a parental room with view on garden of a malouinière, our neighbor, a pony. A room with single beds and a folding bed for BB and up to 2 years. All the necessary for your BB to ask before your arrival (folding bed, high chair, plastic bathtub, pot, sterilizer, bottle warmer ....) A bathroom and a toilet.
Our house is managed by a Conciergerie who is at your disposal throughout your stay.
Rental of bed linen and shower sheets and gloves are possible.

The price per night is 75 € for a reservation of 3 nights minimum, low season.
The price for July is 645 € for 7 nights minimum, the price for August is 695 €.
A 500 € DEPOSIT check will be requested before handing over the Keys.
An ID or passport will be required upon arrival.
A welcome kit for all rentals of 7 nights.
Books are at your disposal with good tourist ideas, sites to see, addresses of restaurants and other ....
