A fantastic weekend exploring San Sebastián. The apartment was clean, surprisingly spacious and very well equipped and offered all we needed. It was in very central location so perfect for exploring. Previous reviews mention a noisy bar directly beneath the apartment. They are correct. But we didn’t find it interfered with our stay. We stayed sat/sun/mon nights. The bar was only loud on the Saturday. And after a long day of walking and exploring combined with a few glasses of Rijoca in the local pinxtos bars we all slept soundly despite the noise coming from downstairs.

So loud!

DO NOT stay here if you want to sleep before 6:00am. The apartment was big and spacious, however it is located on top of a club that plays loud music until 6:00am and if that’s not enough loud people gathering constantly outside our window. I also was not impressed that when I asked for toilet paper and towels, I was told to go buy some or wash them myself. Oh yah! NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Lovely stylish apartment

Lovely stylish apartment. All new dishes, glasses, cutlery. Only negative was that there was no teabags, coffee, salt and pepper, tea towel. There was a cleaning pack containing dishwasher tablet, etc. Agency was helpful at check-in, which was a 5/10 min walk then to the apartment. Really loved the good mattresses and lovely sheets. Great location for bars/restaurants. 5 min walk to taxi rank on the Boulevard.

Fabulous location near great pintxo bars, la Concha beach and Zurriola surfing beach. Clean, spacious and stylishly modern apartment with all the amenities. Bring your own beach towels in case you go to the beaches. Amazing host as their office is just across the bridge, and are helpful in arranging any additional services (i.e., private transport from Bilbao).

This place is truly amazing

This place is truly amazing. It is newly renovated and all the design is perfect. The kitchen has everything you could ask, and all appliances /electronics are brand new. The location is also great , being in the heart of Old Town. You are walking distance to the beach and just a great place to hang for holiday. I would definitely recommend !!

Good location..... loud discotheque music until 2:30 AM!

I booked the apartment expecting some street noise due to the central location but there are some real problems with this property. It is a three bedroom property but the master suite is rendered unusable by the noise coming from a bar/discotheque directing below this first floor unit. The music starts around nine PM and ends around two AM. After two nights with no sleep I resorted to an audio book and earbuds! I travel a lot and am accustomed to the challenges that come with adapting to new places but this stay was a real disappointment. The owners must be aware of this issue and I am very frustrated after spending five nights in an otherwise nice property.

Heart of Old Town San Sebastián

Heart of Old Town San Sebastián. Best location in San Sebastián! Windows kept the noice out. Excellent bars, restaurants right outside door. Loved having access to Netflix on large screen tv. Loved the decor of the apt., the stone wall, soft pastel colors. Nice kitchen and pots, pans, dish ware and stemware. Bed very comfortable! Loved having washing machine and dryer! Very roomy.
