Villa Gelaberts is a cosy and pleasant family holiday home with a private swimming pool, perfectly located in the Playa de Muro area, within walking distance of shops of all kinds and the perfect sandy beach. Finished to a high standard and offering the most modern amenities, this cheerful villa will surprise its guests with its pleasant atmosphere, bright decor and beautiful outdoor areas overlooking the Albufera nature reserve. Villa Gelaberts can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated to offer an even more pleasant holiday experience. It features a spacious living room with a dining area (offering satellite TV with free channels, sofas, armchairs, wi-fi internet), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-service holiday, a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub + shower. The villa is spacious and bright, with plenty of space to spend time together and have privacy when required. The bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price between 2 pm-4 pm and 8 pm-8 am).Outside, the villa is surrounded by pleasant gardens and paved terraces, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mallorcan breeze. The private pool measures 6.5 m x 3.7 m (depth between 1.1 m and 1.4 m) and is equipped with 6 sun loungers. There are comfortable seating areas under the shaded terrace, as well as many opportunities for outdoor dining.The tourist tax is included in the rates.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt sowohl drinnen als auch draußen mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, um auch mit mehreren Personen zusammen zu essen. Am Pool sind genügend Liegen für alle 6 Gäste vorhanden, der Pool selbst war sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Größe. Man erreicht den Strand fußläufig und dort gibt es (wenn man nicht erst wie wir ganz am Ende der Saison kommt) viele Restaurants.Zur Ankunft bekommt man ein Willkommenspaket, in welchem viele nützliche Dinge enthalten sind (zB Spülmaschinenpads, Kaffee, Salz/,Pfeffer/,Zucker, Anti-Mücken-Duft...)Auf jede Nachricht von mir wurde super schnell geantwortet. Es wäre gut vorher zu wissen, dass direkt daneben eine große Hotelanlage ist, welche ab nachmittags sehr laut Musik abspielt. Die Musik hört man auch in den Schlafzimmern.In der Nähe sind Seen, wodurch es sehr viele Mücken ab nachmittags rund um die Unterkunft gibt. Ohne Autan macht der Aufenthalt draußen dann keinen Spaß mehr. Leider gibt es nur am Badfenster und nicht in den Schlafräumen Fliegengitter - aber die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei.

Lovely location, walking distance to local shops, bars, beach, and restaurants. Pool was lovely. Villa was well equipped. Beds weren',t the comfiest however if you like a more firmer bed then it won',t be an issue. Shower pressure wasn',t great.

The house was super tidy and had everything we needed for the vacation, including grilling equipment and big kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and everything else.There was also quite a big pool with the depth good enough to swim.We mostly were using the car to travel to beaches/,shops but there’s quite a nice sand beach in the walking distance from the house.There’s plenty of space to park the car on the street near the house.The key handover was organised via the lockbox and was flawless. Not the problem of the house: in mid June there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, in other locations of the island as well. Make sure to bring some repellent spray.

Wir waren zu viert für 10 Nächte in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet alles was wir benötigten und Sealand Villas hat uns bei zwei Wünschen direkt geholfen.Auch wir haben uns an der Tischtennisplatte und dem Pool erfreut und es gibt ebenfalls eine tolle Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir nutzten sie viel. Fast immer konnten wir draussen essen, was grandios war. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, je nachdem was man sucht. Man kann fußläufig zum Strand. Allerdings ist in der Strasse immer viel los und dazu ist unser Mietwagen aufgebrochen worden, also immer alles rausnehmen.Am Ende haben wir noch die sehr nette Besitzerfamilie kennengelernt.

Has a great stay, villa was fantastic. All facilities you could need, well kept, lovely pool, with shade if needed. A/C was a life saver. Make sure you take bug repellant!

Very comfortable villa with great air-conditioning and wifi, well equipped, lovely pool, fabulous outside space for dining and relaxing. Not really something that can be changed, but the tannoy noise from the nearby hotel takes some getting used to! Not too disruptive, and didn’t affect sleep at all.

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Alles war prima organisiert und alles Notwendige für die Selbstverpflegung ist vorhanden. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die tägliche Daueranimation des nahegelegenen Hotels. Von 11-0h gibt es Dauerbeschallung mit Musik und Entertainment. Nicht übermäßig laut aber auch nicht zu ignorieren. Wen das nicht stört oder sogar Spaß daran hat, hat das richtige Objekt gefunden. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay with familyfriends

Loved the outdoor space - 3 dining/ sitting areas and 6 sun loungers. There was a great BBQ, a ping pong table and the pool was perfect. Inside, there was plenty of space - 2 bathrooms, good sized bedrooms and really clean. Bath and beach towels provided and the kitchen had all the basics - dish soap, olive oil, salt, pepper etc. Loved the wee cats that came by too.

Tolle Finca Tolle Lage

Eine sehr schön gelegene Finca mit schönem Pool. Räumlichkeiten waren gut ausgestattet. Finca läd zum entspannen ein. Strand sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Diese Finca kann man mit sehr Gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ein neuer Anstrich der Fassade würde die Finca nochmals aufwerten. Geschirr aufstocken: - Grössere Töpfe - mehr Schüsseln
