Private Ezo (courtyard). Family run. Secure. Spacious. Close to famous landmarks. Very quiet. Modern. Traditional. Our Tbilisi apartment is perfect if you love your privacy, quiet but still would like to be just minutes away from all the action. It has everything you need. Our guests usually love to stay for longer periods as it is more of a home from home. The web connection is fast, you also have a ton of space to sit in the private and safe yard where you can park a car if needed.

Everything is new and just replaced. The main bedroom is big in size and light with a private window at the rear. The window is safe and barred. The bed is king sized with all the comforts. Extra beds are available on request for children.

The second large room has a sofa, good comfortable chairs and we have covered the new wooden floors with authentic Georgian rugs from the famous dry bridge flea market (minutes away). This is our second home when we are in Tbilisi so it has everything a home needs to have for us. We’ve had families from Sweden and France and more. They all love it. This is just five minutes walk from cafes and buzz. If you want quiet this is probably one of the quietest and most private apartments you will find in the city.

If you work from home Internet is fast. We are also only 10 minutes walk away from Fabrika's coworking space, which is very convenient choice to have.

You can walk to most tourist sites, the nearest Metro Marjanishvili is 7 min walk and it is only 1 stop to Rustaveli Avenue. Good choice of nice cafes, restaurants, and beautiful pedestrian Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Ancient churches, museums, beautiful architecture, famous Dry Bridge Flea Market, are all within walking distance.
