great condo

nice condo at Sports Village. Actually has 2 bedrooms, but no closet in 2nd one. only issue was that the drawers were broken on the dresser in 2nd bedroom, making it hard to store clothes. Owner was quick to respond with paper towels and trash bags when we found there were none in the unit.

Both beds were to firm. Tub needs a good scrub. Very minimal cooking essentials. We had to buy some kitchen wares. The deck/patio was so small - only able to have 2 chairs and the air condition unit. And no balcony!Over all we were disappointed - as we have stayed at other units and the were as the listing.

Great location to visit southern Utah attractions

We were using this home for a few weeks. I was able to use the WI-FI (tested at 204 Mbps) to continue working during the week and explore on the weekends. We were very comfortable here. We travelled 1500+ miles each way to get here and about 3400 miles touring around St George, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and the five National parks in the southern Utah area. We really enjoyed the place and the area. It’s SOOOOOO much warmer than Minnesota this time of year. We enjoyed the nearby Bloomington Petroglyph Park (under 3 miles!), Parowan Gap Petroglyphs, Red Hills Desert Garden, and Warner Valley Dinosaur Track Site. We also enjoyed the Cliffside, Rib and Chop house, and Dede’s restaurants. We would love to return and enjoy it again sometime. Nancy and Greg from Minnesota 12-26-2021 to 2-5-2022

Fun! It was basic and fit our needs!!

We had a wonderful stay. The playground was near for the kids. We spent most of our time outside. Hiking, swimming, etc Thank you!

beautiful!! so well kept and good to come home to.

This is not my first rental from Karin, I’ve been before and have plans to return in the near future. The condo was comfortable and the rental experience was easy! I would highly recommend this Condo to others.

We had so much fun at the condo- super comfortable and cozy! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the rental experience Karin provided us to anyone! It was the perfect get-away.
