Fabulous views from most rooms. Indulge in the comforts of home with comfortable beds, WiFi, a washer and dryer, Sonos stereo and a smart TV with cable. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Viking stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential, appliances and utensils you need to craft delectable meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, rock in the chairs or step outside to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and relax on the Adirondack chairs. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, and essential linens, you'll have everything you need for a truly memorable vacation. Explore the many, nearby attractions, play some games, or curl up with a good book - the choice is yours in this idyllic seaside retreat. This house is LIMITED to 7 occupants, during the day and night, of any age. No exceptions, additional fees will apply if house rules are broken.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Linens washed and folded for the next guest. $25 per load for the housekeeper to do them, no charge for items left drying.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max. occupancy is up to 7 day and night, of all ages. No events, parties or pets of any kind.
One week min. stay June 1-September 5. Shoulder season requires a 4 night min. stay Some exceptions.
Owner will confirm occupancy, including any day guests, before excepting a booking.
