This beautiful house with two floors and a nice terrace with air conditioning and heating it is located very close to the city center. About 10min walk from the Plaza de la Constitución or the Alcazaba. Recently renovated and with a modern decoration. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for six people and it is fully equipped.

Terrace:



Enjoy your meals, drinks and the sunbeds. There is table for six to enjoy chatting and drinking.



Barbacue is also a plus



Living room :



Including a contemporary great sofa bed (140x200cm), coffee tables, lamps, flat screen TV 50, wireless internet (Wifi) included. A big dinning table for 6.



Kitchen:

fully fitted, including cooker, dishwasher, microwave, owen, double fridge/freezer, all brand new crockery, cutlery, glassware.



Bathrooms:

Two bathrooms with showers and all you need, washing machine is in the bathroom upstairs.



The apartment has two bedrooms:



Master double bedroom, high end bed frame and new luxury mattress, mattress protector, comfortable new bedding, pillows.



The other bedroom has also a double bed and direct access to the terrace.



The accommodation offers free Internet access for those who need to work or simply catch up on the news, or read up on Malaga beautiful, vivacious city.

Host was good, good communications, some issues with heater, hot water that were solved promptly. Location was very good for us, this apartment does have a challenging stir case for upper level for older people, the apartment would cover all basic needs for an economy trip.

Dangerous stairs no hand rail. After 2 days building work on roof could not use balcony

Very disappointed at building work starting after 2 days of arriving and not being able to use balcony.
