Great Location & Comfortable Space

Excellent location to stay during your time at Rome. Only 5 min to the Spanish steps. Comfortable beds and AC in every room so perfect even when it's hot. espresso maker and washing machine were excellent. Two small issues: 1) The shower head is broken or loose so it drips everywhere, it has a handheld so we could still shower. 2) The bathroom sink was clogged so it would keep filling up......all small issues that didn't really affect us much. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Spectacular Apartment

This is a special apartment! It was perfect for our family of 3 (all adults)! So close to shops, gelato, markets, etc.! Very clean except for slight bit of mold in shower. Excellent layout for our family. Wonderful kitchen setup, but bring your own espresso. Super comfortable & firm beds. 3+ short flights of stairs to apartment entrance. Shower leaks onto the floor no mater what you do. Quiet neighbors Safe neighborhood We would definitely stay here again!

Looks so much better in the photos than in person. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom strongly smelled of sewage and shower doesn’t seal so you have it be very careful where the water is pointed. Had to leave the windows open for fresh air 100% of the time. The location is great and they were kind enough to let us drop our luggage early while they cleaned. Overall the entire apartment needs a lot of maintenance and

The property itself was excellent and in a perfect location. When we arrived we only had 2 sets of towels for the 4 of us. We contacted the owner several times for additional towels and did not receive them until the 3rd day. My husband and I had to take showers using hand towels. There is no excuse for this particularly when they knew there would be 4 staying. I was texting this was URGENT and there was no response...I finally got a response after calling.

Great location but…

To me the bathroom condition was a major problem: light switch works only when pressed at certain angle, same for the toilet flush; shower pan is too shallow and glass door does not close completely, which results in the shower leaking. The sink also leaks (don’t leave things below) and doesn’t drain properly. Now and then there is a sewer smell in the adjacent bedroom. This bedroom door is super squeaky and can’t be completely closed.

yes what you write is true and now I have solved these small problems. honestly I would have preferred you to tell me when you've been in the apartment so I could sort it all out in no time. instead everything remained unchanged and even the following customers had problems. next time it would be nicer to talk and solve. good life

needs some work

booked once at one price and they cancelled weeks later stating family. My sister rebooked the on the same day of cancelation and it cost us 75.00 euros more per night location was perfect, garbage at door way of building always smelt. refrigerator freezer was not working and froze all of our food. shower in bathroom leaked causing us to us our towel to wipe up the water, bedrooms were fine, could use a real deep clean would have love to give a higher rating because of location but felt ripped off from the beginning
