Nous sommes un couple avec un chihuahua. Le logement est trÚs agréable avec une belle terrasse et un garage, trÚs proche des commerces, des restaurants, des boutiques, du shopping, du marché, du bus, de la gare, de la mer, de la plage et du centre de Collioure. Tout est à 5 ou 10 minutes à pied. Nous tenons à remercier André pour la qualité de son l'accueil et sa gentillesse. Il est top ! N'hésitez pas cette location est parfaite !

Garage pour la voiture pratique, un peu compliquĂ© de stationner pour une voiture familiale et/ou SUV Seul bĂ©mols, le frigo, eviers et douche n’étaient pas nickel, nous avons nettoyer en arrivant

Toller Aufenthalt in Collioure

Sehr schöner, lebhafter Ort in schöner, abwechslungsreicher Umgebung, die gute Möglichkeiten fĂŒr viele UrlaubsaktivitĂ€ten bietet. Zentral gelegene und doch sehr ruhige Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft nur oberflĂ€chlich geputzt; sie hĂ€tte eine Grundreinigung nötig! Im Bad hat es kaum AufhĂ€ngemöglichkeiten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung, insbesondere die KĂŒche, jedoch gut ausgestattet.

On a adorĂ© cet appartement: la salle de sĂ©jour avec la cuisine ouverte est spacieuse et lumineuse, la cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la chambre est lumineuse. La grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e dĂšs le lever du soleil est un rĂȘve! Et avoir un parking privĂ©, dans ce cas mĂȘme un garage, est un avantage Ă  Collioure!

Appartement confortable mais trÚs sale à notre arrivée

Appartement bien Ă©clairĂ©, grande terrasse, climatisation et lits confortables. Bien situĂ© pour se promener Ă  pieds dans Collioure et le garage est un plus. Malheureusement, l’appartement Ă©tait vraiment malpropre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons dĂ» laver tous les appareils Ă©lectriques et armoire de rangement dans la cuisine, les meubles de patio sur la terrasse et la petite Ă©tagĂšre de la salle de bain. Quelques ampoules n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©es et la lampe du salon est Ă  mettre au rebut . La propriĂ©taire nous a bien offert deux jours gratuits supplĂ©mentaires mais comme c’était la veille de notre dĂ©part, nous avions pris d’autres engagements. Dommage, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus d’autant que nous avions louĂ© pour trois semaines.

Bel appartement ! Contient tout le nécessaire. Environnement tranquille. A pas plus que 5 min de marche des restos, commerces et plage. TrÚs grande terrasse fort agréable. TrĂšs belle rĂ©gion. Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© avec une belle terrasse , Ă  deux pas du port mais assez Ă  l'Ă©cart du bruit pour ĂȘtre tranquille avec le garage bien utile pour se garer facilement .
