Modern apartment with terrace located in front of the oceanographic (dolphinarium), which is part of the cultural architectural complex of the well-known, city of arts and sciences. A few meters away is a large area of leisure and commerce, next to some department stores (El Corte Ingles), if you want to take a good walk or bike ride at the foot of the apartment of the gardens of the old riverbed of the Turia river, currently the largest urban garden in Spain. And if you prefer to enjoy the beaches and the sun of Spain 2 km away is Malvarrosa beach where you can also enjoy a fantastic Valencian Paella enjoying wonderful views of the sea.
The apartment is part of a modern building and the house inside is completely renovated with quality and top quality finishes. It has a large terrace with sofa and dining table enjoying wonderful views. Due to its south-east orientation and being all exterior, it enjoys a lot of natural light. The decoration of straight lines is synonymous with modernity to all the interior architecture and the area.
It has three very comfortable double bedrooms and two large bathrooms with showers. Fully equipped independent kitchen with gallery and living room with access to the terrace. In addition the apartment has an optional garage in the same building.
