Independent house located 10 minutes walk from the city center and 1 minute from the Jardines del Túria and the Botanic Gardens.
The accommodation is in a very quiet area of the city but with all the services of supermarkets, bars and shopping centers such as El Corte Inglés.
It has several bus stops and subway stop just 100 meters where you can go directly to both the beach and the City of Sciences, in addition to the Tourist Bus stop.
The house has all the amenities washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge, induction cooker, WIFI, as well as TV with channels from both Spain and international with channels from Italy, French England, German, Poland, Russia and others.

Wonderful location

Eduardo made check in very easy. The apartment was better than the pictures. It was close to everything and spacious. The only issue is that it was a little cold but we managed. I would recommend Eduardo’s place.

Loft muy agradable y bien situado

Loft moderno, recién reformado con todo el equipamiento necesario, con un bonito patio, un dormitorio con cama doble y amplio sofá-cama en salón. Situado en un barrio tranquilo, cercano al centro histórico (10 minutos andando), pegado al parque del antiguo cauce del Turia, muy bien comunidado (parada de metro a 100 metros). Muy recomentable para pasar unos días visitando Valencia.
