Home near Waco, Texas with quick access to Interstate 35, which makes for short trips to Baylor University, Magnolias Silos, Lake Waco, downtown Waco, and other sites in the Waco area. Walmart is located approximately 2 miles from the house.

The home is fully equipped with all of the conveniences necessary to make your visit to Waco as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The 2400 ft2 house has 3-bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, and 2 queen-sized beds) and 2-full baths in the main house. There is a detached Private King Suite with a mini fridge, microwave and bathroom, just a few steps from the back door. The house has high-speed internet so you can stay connected to your home or work. TVs are provided in each of the bedrooms to enjoy, and the family room has a sectional with a 70” TV with surround sound to enjoy your favorite shows.The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 adults. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4. There are extra folding chairs in the coat closet as well.
The living room has a desk with a large screen monitor that provide a great work area. A pack-n-play and several blowup mattresses are also provided for up to 2 extra guests.

Baylor graduation

This is a wonderful house. It had everything we needed. Quick easy drive to Baylor University. Was great to have somewhere to go after graduation and just hang out. Owners responded to all my questions extremely fast.

Very spacious and cozy!

This place was so cozy!! We absolutely loved that the kitchen was stocked. My father who is in an electric wheelchair was able to move around with ease!! The place was clean and very spacious for all of us!!

Baylor graduation weekend

We stayed here for Baylor’s graduation instead of having to rent multiple hotel rooms. The location is great, only about 10 minutes from campus. There was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the owners was very easy. I would recommend the property to others.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely LOVED this home! We had a small reunion of sorts for the Baylor v UT game, and the house was the perfect central meeting place for the family to gather in. It was very comfortable and child-friendly. Our two boys said they never wanted to leave! Everything is clean and organized, and you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Waco and Baylor were easily accessible, and we had a great time at Magnolia Market too. Highly recommend!

This home is AMAZING!

My sisters and I went to Waco for the Fixer-Upper experience and had a blast!! This home was perfect for the 5 of us. Lots of room to relax and enjoy our trip! Home is beautifully decorated and the home is in a really nice area with nice people to talk to. Would come back again! Carol was great to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Amazing home and very cost friendly . My favorite was the host and family. They went above and beyond to assist with any and all questions . The home is large enough that we could all enjoy time together as well as have your own “ space”. Would definitely recommend them and stay again.

My husband and I currently live in Utah. My husband is originally from Idaho Falls, and I was born in Kanab, but lived in SLC and South Carolina.

Why they chose this property

We have 3 daughters who live in Texas. Two live in Dallas, 1 in Waco, and we had a son in Austin. He moved to San Diego, but before he did, we decided it would be fun to have a home in Waco so that it was in between all of them.
We love Waco and hope to live there one day.

What makes this property unique

We love the character of the home. We love the new Private King Bed Suite that we set up in the room by the garage in the back. We also spent several days putting up the swing set. we also loved the extra family room by the kitchen. We had fun remodeling that to make it a nice space.
