A fabulous property that worked perfectly for our group. We couldn’t take advantage of the fun backyard because the heat was too much for our non-Texas bodies, but I would absolutely come back in the fall or spring to hang out at the fire pit. Also, I want the dining room table at my house. It’s gorgeous!The decor was perfection, the communication prompt, the AC plentiful. Local friends came to visit and are looking forward to recommending the house for visiting family. 5 stars!

Why they chose this property

I chose Waco because I feel like it's a city with a lot of history. The area is always improving and homes are being given new life with renovation. I appreciate the history in these homes and the character that they provide. Aside from home renovations, there are so many greats things for families to do in the Waco area.

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out because of the preservation of the original features such as the original hardwood floors first installed in the 1930's. The house has high ceilings and beams, tall window, and lot of stories. We worked to maintain the modern farmhouse style to be alluring for Magnolia Fixer Upper fans while making the space comfy and functional. We are centrally located for most of the Waco attractions, never more than a 15 minute drive.
