NEW: Alpine style Apartment in a historic house in a idyllic Tyrolean valley

Our apartments are located in a beautifully restored Tyrolean house from the 17th century. The individually and lovingly decorated apartments combine traditional flair of past centuries with modern comforts. Natural high-quality materials and modern technology combined with the historical flair of our house makes our house to your ideal holiday home.
In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. Start directly from the front door to leisure hikes or demanding climbs. You don't need your car for your activities - you can leave it safe on your private parking in front of the house.

The house consists of three independent apartments with separate entrances.
The apartments can be rented separately or together.

THE APARTMENT: TYROL by Apartments Pircher-Maes

The “Tirol” apartment is furnished in true alpine style. Each room tells its own story, adding to the distinctive ambience. It may be small, but the 30 m2 apartment is perfectly appointed and offers a cosy space for 2-4 people.

Two mountain bikes and two sledges belong to the house - you can use them at anytime for free.

einzigartiges Wohngefühl

Wir hatten einen superschönen Aufenthalt im Stubaital. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, nicht zuletzt durch die liebevolle Einrichtung teilweise mit alten Möbeln, Assesoirs und die Verwendung von hochwertigen Materialien. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und gibt Ausflugstips. Im naturnahen Garten konnten wir auf die schneebedeckten Gipfel der Umgebung schauen - besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank nochmal an die netten Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Viele Grüße aus Berlin

Weihnachten in Telfes

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad ist ganz neu. Das Bett super bequem. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und waren zur Weihnachtszeit schön dekoriert. Carole Pircher-Maes hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Super ist auch der Brötchenservice, online zu bestellen, täglich (auch an Feiertagen!) bis 24.00 Uhr. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke! Wir werden wieder kommen

Stilvolles kleines Appartement mit Garten, sehr freundliche Vermieter im Haus. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist im Parterre links unten auf dem Bild zu sehen. Sie ist nicht groß (Aber: gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!), und als Wanderausgangspunkt sehr geeignet, ein Garten (mit freiem Obst) und Liegestühlen vorne rechts im Bild steht zur Benutzung frei. 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 5 zur Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Lage nahe der Ortsmitte. Eigener Parkplatz. Auch bei unserer kurzfristigen Buchung reibungslose zügige Kommunikation vorab. Sehr freundlichen Empfang und hilfreiche Hinweise zu Wandertouren sowie örtlicher Gastronomie gab es durch die Vermieter, Frau und Herrn Pircher-Maes. Also, wir habens genossen!

Super Ferienwohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Wir sind heute aus unserem Urlaub aus dem schönen Telfes im Stubaital zurückgekommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist genau so wie beschrieben, es fehlt wirklich an nichts und es ist total stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Carole ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stellt sehr viel gratis zur Verfügung. Was für uns sehr praktisch war da wir mit einem Kleinkind von 7 Monaten eh schon viel im Gepäck hatten. Ein Babybett mit Decke, Hochstuhl, Geländetauglicher Kinderwagen und wahrscheinlich noch viel mehr wenn man gefragt hätte ;)) Es liegen Karten und Infobroschüren zur Verfügung sodass man sich in ruhe informieren kann was man alles im Ort Telfes oder im Stubai Tal erleben und unternehmen kann. Carole gibt auch wertvolle Tipps dazu. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten auch einen privaten, kleinen sehr schön angelegt und gepflegten Garten mit schönem Bergblick. Im Stubaital gibt sehr viele schöne Orte die man besuchen kann und wir haben auch noch nicht alles gesehen was wir wollten. Deshalb werden wir auf jeden Fall und sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Amazing stay!!

We spent a week in the Tirol apartment. Cozy and perfect for two people!! Carole's other two apartments are lovely and bigger but we would have a hard time giving up our Tirol apartment! We had a beautiful garden area to sit in and gaze at the amazing mountains. Carole was wonderful to deal with and we feel we have made a friend for life. We hope to return in the near future but stay even longer this time. Thanks again Carole!

Toller Urlaub-immer wieder gern

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir genauso vorgefunden,wie im Inserat beschrieben.Unsere Vermieterin Carole,eine ganz liebe und nette Frau,half uns mit Rat und Tat,um den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts.Alles was man so braucht.Aber aufgrund der wunderschönen Landschaft waren wir nur unterwegs.Ein Trip nach Italien oder in die Schweiz ist absolut kein Problem.Wir würden immer wieder hierher fahren(was wir auch tun ;-) )Danke Carole! Alles wie beschrieben

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter bzw. die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super Urlaub - super Wandertipps. Leider konnten wir die tollen Strecken gar nicht alle wandern, da die Zeit gefehlt hat. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen nochmal um den Rest der tollen Landschaft zu erkunden und natürlich um nochmal bei PM zu übernachten. Danke1

Entspannung für die ganze Familie

Wir waren im Januar 2016 mit 4 Personen (inklusive zwei Kindern) zu Gast in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das lag unter anderem auch an der sehr sympathischen Vermieterin, die viele nützliche Tipps für uns hatte und den Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) Schlitten in allen Größen ausgeliehen hat. Insgesamt war es ein sehr familiärer und herzlicher Umgang, wir durften den kleinen Abhang in den Garten zum Rodeln benutzen, was gerade für die Kleinen ein perfekter Einstieg war. Nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt gibt es eine große Rodelbahn, die offensichtlich ein Geheimtipp ist, da sie fast unbefahren ist. Zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Laden zu erreichen, in dem man das Nötige kaufen kann. Wir waren uns auf der Rückfahrt schnell einig, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen werden und freuen uns auf die nette Gastgeberfamilie.

Apartment"Tirol"

In dieser Zeit haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir eine sehr nette Vermieterin kennenlernten, eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorfanden, Autoparkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, unser 5 jähriger Sohn von supernetten Skilehrern der Schischule Stubai in nur einer Woche das Skifahren erlernte, Skibushaltestelle sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befand, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen war. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub dort wieder verbringen.

Appartment Tirol

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartment Tirol mit 2 Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) und 2 Erwachsenen. Als wir ankamen, dachten wir es könnte ein wenig eng werden, aber das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet und nutzt den Platz perfekt aus. Somit war die Befürchtung falsch. Die größere Tochter wollte gar nicht mehr weg (lag auch an den Spielsachen, die von Carole zur Verfügung gestellt wurden). Carole ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, wir bekamen für unseren Kleinen sogar einen Schlitten und Übungsskier geliehen. Wir wurden von Ihr auch mit mehr Informationen versorgt als ich das jemals in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt habe (Buspläne, lokale Veranstaltungen, Ausflugstipps, Restaurants, ...). Das neue öffentliche Schwimmbad (Stubay) mit 2 großen Rutschen ist toll, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist. Skibus ins Skigebiet ist umsonst. Die Kinderskikurse im Skigebiet Schlick 2000 sind gut und ich denke ihr Geld wert.

Séjour à TELFES du 12/09 au10/10/2015

Telfes ,idéalement situé à l'entée de la Stubaital est l'endroit parfait pour découvrir cette vallée. L'hébergement chez Carole,outre le confort de l'appartement (2/4 pers) est situé à 5mn à pied de l'arrêt de bus et de la gare qui desservent Innsbruck et Mutterbergalm. La ferme Mesners située à 200m du logement est ouverte à la vente les mardis et vendredis soir ainsi que les samedis matin : produits bio locaux, de saison et de trés grande qualité. Il est nécessaire de souligner l'accueil excellent de Carole, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes et qui s'évertue à rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.Cette jolie maison ressemble à sa propriétaire,aussi belle à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur.Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et nous n'oublions pas la gentillesse de son époux Robert. Pour les passionnés de plein air,(randonnées, escalade, via ferrata ,parapente et VTT) la région est un site inépuisable pour pratiquer ces diverses activités.Paradis de la randonnée, nous n'avons pu en un mois découvrir qu'une petite partie des itinéraires,motif suffisant pour effectuer un autre séjour. L'utilisation de la carte Stubai facilite beaucoup la découvert de cette vallée. Une adresse incontournable pour un séjour montagnard actif,culturel et serein dans un très beau site avec des conditions météo parfaites pour cette période. Cécile Lucien FERRARO . TOULON / FRANCE

Warm, inviting apartment, beautiful mountain views

This accommodation is a beautiful and inviting holiday apartment in the heart of the Tirol in Austria Booking the apartment was easy and stress free as Carole, the accommodation owner, was very helpful at all stages of booking. Carole was able to answer any and all questions I had, often going above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed an more. Finding the apartment was fairly easy as the directions were very well detailed, even when we were not from the area. The apartment was just what we had pictured from the pictures on Home Away. My husband and I had the smaller of the two apartments which was perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed and were so pleased with the comfort. The apartment was beautifully decorated in the Tirolean style and had a kitchen with everything we needed, aside from and oven (which we didn't miss at all) a table for two, and a comfy area for relaxing. The bedroom is beautiful with a king bed that is over 200 years old (and still in amazing shape) a beautiful wardrobe for clothing and lots of shelves for clothing too! The bathroom is perfect with everything you need. We loved that the city of Innsbruck was only a 30 minute bus ride or 45 minute, scenic train ride away. There is hiking steps from your front door and amazing skiing if you are lucky to go in the winter. Carole also has mountain bikes that you can borrow, a lovely garden with lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a barbecue area perfect for grilling out. There are also toys for children if you are traveling with kids. We loved staying at this apartment and hope to return (with my sister and her husband ) to the larger apartment which is great for bigger families. Carole was truly a great hostess and was so helpful. She also speaks many different languages (English is one of them and she does very well) so it's not so intimidating traveling to the Tirol. We cannot wait to return!

Ideal location, wonderful saty

My wife and I, both just turned 50, enjoyed our stay in this peaceful and quiet village. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy, fully catering for all our needs. Carole was an excellent host, checked on our well-being and ensured we had all relevant information to enjoy our stay in the Stubai valley. While the cooker was merely two hotplates we made ample use of the outdoor BBQ. Fulpmes and Schlick2000 chairlift were an easy walk away. We were here for the walking and were never disappointed. 5 star for price and tranquility.

What a welcome!

Carole is as said elsewhere a perfect hostess - very welcomimg, yet not intrusive. Most helpful to us and the studio has all you need including to my delight a dishwasher it is also comfortable and quiet. Stubital is a truly lovely valley and if you need more to do there is so much else in easy reach - Carole is of course a mine of local info. The village of Telfes is quiet, so not for those seeking nightlife but everyone we met seemed to be pleasant friendly folk. The local Spar shop has a good selection and fair prices. For a wider selection try the Hofer store near the Autoroute junction ( a bit llke the English Lidl )

Wonderful Week Skiing the Glacier

We have used Home and Away a few times now, and this experience was exceptional. Carole is such a nice person and the perfect host. The apartment is immaculate, it is so clean and tidy, just what we like. The house is beautiful and kept to a very high standard. The apartment has everything you need, with a great shower and cooking facilities. The Telfes village is beautiful and quaint perfect for that relaxing holiday. It is easy to get to the Glacier where we had amazing snow conditions or there is a local slope (Schlick 2000). Thank you very much Carole for your hospitality and helping out with the transfers to the Tram.
