Chiado 8 is located at 12, Travessa Joao de Deus, 3rd floor (no lift) in the desirable Chiado quarter, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town. Although in the middle of everything flat is located in a small side street quiet at night.
Chiado 8 is a deluxe apartment. A duplex unit, renovated in 2015, extremely spacious, well equipped (A/C in all rooms), refined, comfortable and bright. Location, layout, superb decoration and equipment put this apartment on top of the existing offer in Lisbon.
Flat occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people with full comfort.
On the lower floor you will find the social area, with a huge living room and dinning area, a second TV and reading room, a well equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (no shower).
On the upper floor you will find the private area. First bedroom is a generous suite, with a king size bed, reading and resting area and private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have nice areas, all with large closets and refined decor.

Entire apartment is a strictly non smoking unit. Chiado 8 is designed for guests who want to stay in the heart of town in a luxury environment.

This was a fantastic spot for our 3 nights in Lisbon with a family of 5 (3 kids). Plenty of space for all, multiple bathrooms, two nice sitting areas and a kitchen with washing machine. Check in was very easy and the location was phenomenal for exploring the city. We would stay here again if we’re fortunate enough to come back to Lisbon

Three of us stayed at this apartment for 4 days in Lisbon, and it was a great experience. The place was super clean and spacious, with everything we needed to feel comfortable: A/C, an espresso machine, washing machine, microwave, fridge, and all the dishes and utensils. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still really central and close to all the main sights. Mario was amazing and always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions or recommendations. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great location on a quiet side street within walking distance to cafes and shops. Condo was exactly as pictured and offered enough sleeping options to make everyone happy.Even though we arrived in the midst of a massive power outage, host was accommodating and quick to respond to our concerns. Perfect place to stay

Location is perfect for restaurants, bars, shopping. Apartment is spacious and very clean. Four adults stayed, but it could have accommodated more. Coffee, laundry, and everything you need is supplied. A great place to stay.
