Chiado 8 is located at 12, Travessa Joao de Deus, 3rd floor (no lift) in the desirable Chiado quarter, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town. Although in the middle of everything flat is located in a small side street quiet at night.
Chiado 8 is a deluxe apartment. A duplex unit, renovated in 2015, extremely spacious, well equipped (A/C in all rooms), refined, comfortable and bright. Location, layout, superb decoration and equipment put this apartment on top of the existing offer in Lisbon.
Flat occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people with full comfort.
On the lower floor you will find the social area, with a huge living room and dinning area, a second TV and reading room, a well equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (no shower).
On the upper floor you will find the private area. First bedroom is a generous suite, with a king size bed, reading and resting area and private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have nice areas, all with large closets and refined decor.

Entire apartment is a strictly non smoking unit. Chiado 8 is designed for guests who want to stay in the heart of town in a luxury environment.

Great Apartment/Great Location

The apartment is located in the center of the old city making it easy to get to all the sites of Lisboa. Mario is a great host that provided lots of advice of places to see and things to do. Thanks!! We enjoyed the stay.

Spacious, Comfortable and Quiet

Great location on a quiet side street within walking distance to cafes and shops. Condo was exactly as pictured and offered enough sleeping options to make everyone happy.Even though we arrived in the midst of a massive power outage, host was accommodating and quick to respond to our concerns. Be sure to check out the hidden-gem restaurant next door!

Great location

Excellent location for exploring Chiado, which is full of good restaurants, fun shops and easy Uber access to other neighborhoods. Mario and Rui were available and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We Can't Wait to Return!

The property is as described and in a terrific neighborhood, with easy access to great restaurants and other neighborhoods. Mario was a fabulous host --- quickly responded to questions and provided helpful tips. We will stay at Chiado Flats next time we are in Lisbon.

Perfect place to stay

Location is perfect for restaurants, bars, shopping. Apartment is spacious and very clean. Four adults stayed, but it could have accommodated more. Coffee, laundry, and everything you need is supplied. A great place to stay.

Outstanding Rental

This was a terrific base from which to explore Lisboa. There's plenty of space and we all slept well. AC was appreciated. Fairly quiet city neighborhood. Be prepared for lots of exercise (lots of sets of stairs) to get to the grocery stores & sites - we loved it! Highly recommend. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect Lisboa stay!

Can’t say enough good things about this stay! Excellent accommodations for four adults as we visited Lisbon. Mario greeted us upon arrival and gave us a walk-through. Well equipped and clean. GREAT location. Walking distance to all neighborhoods in the old town and close to the metro. Handy food markets and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location and lovely accommodation

Our family of 5 stayed at Mario’s property for 3 days. We were in a central location to so many of Lisbon’s wonderful sights, restaurants and parks. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Mario was an excellent host and very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected due to a weather issue. Thank you Nario and team.

Perfect location and a very helpfull owner

Great app with 3 rooms and 2,5 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 living rooms. Some parts are a bit old but still OK. Only there was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. Location was also perfect to visit Lisboa. Communication was great and Mario, the housekeeper was a very nice and helpfull person. Could't be better.

Comfortable apartment in nice location

We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting Lisbon. Really you are very close to everything and nothing seems to be more that 10-15 minute walk from the sights in Central Lisbon. We were 2 families with 1 18yr old and a 13yr old - they had a separate living room so could watch whatever they wanted on the telly!

Excellent flat, excellent location, excellent host

My title sums it up. We had an amazing trip to Lisbon (first time for all of us). The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Walkable to all the main sights and surrounded by great restaurants. Mario was an incredibly gracious and attentive host who always answered our questions in a timely manner and even arranged a car service for us.

This amazing apartment did not disappoint in any way. There was lots of space (family with two teens) for us all, well furnished, well equipped, and comfy beds. Very large apartment in a good location

Three bedroom, two and half bathrooms. Plenty of room for two couples. Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to good restaurants and the Metro station. We also used the transportation recommendations which were very good. We would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Lisbon.

This was a fabulous spacious apartment on a quiet block in Chiado. What a great location and the apartment was fully equipped. Mario and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided lots of information regarding local sights and restaurants. We would recommend highly to anyone looking to spend some time in Lisbon...and we would book again the next time we visit Lisbon.

Wonderful apartment and stay.

The apartment is roomy, immaculate, and well appointed. The location is perfect - blocks up from the Chiado metro stop, close to bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of all of Lisbon. (The Duque brew pub is a great place to sit outside with a beer and watch the crowd go by as the sun sets.) The best part is that we felt like we were living in Lisbon, rather than just dropping by for a visit. Mario was a great host- warm, accommodating, and helpful. We just loved everything about our stay.
