About this property

Nice house between Verdon and the Mediterranean

New house with air conditioning in a large garden with covered terrace of 25 m2 and barbecue.

Private and secure swimming pool of 8m x 4.50m (protected and compliant with child safety standards).

Located on the ground floor, air-conditioned house, cozy and design can also accommodate disabled guests.

Accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and the other 2 beds 90) a bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen (including a washing machine) and tiled with terracotta Salerno.
Also, a dining area and a cozy lounge and comfortable.

You can enjoy breakfast and meals on the terrace in peace because the house has no vis-à-vis.

500 m from the village of Salernes (capital of ceramics), close to shops, 150 m from a large surface and 50 m tennis courts.

Salerno has a magnificent museum of ceramics, a Provençal market and a large cinema twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.

For the pleasure of discovering Salerno and its natural treasures, you can visit The Muie: a natural water swimming with beach.

Located one hour of Var beaches and mythical cities: Saint Tropez, Cannes and Nice or Cannes and its beautiful Promenade des Anglais. A 1 hour 30 from Marseille.

Ideal location

We stayed for 10 nights with our Labrador.Fully secure property with parking on site. The accommodation was lovely far better and bigger than we expected. Everything needed was there.The host lives within the grounds and is available if needed but not intrusive in any way. She has a very friendly dog Millie. The property is in a quiet location within walking distance to a village/town which has everything you could need. Supermarket within walking distance. The pool, we where in every day. A much needed cool off. Bliss... Our dog was made to feel welcome, given the freedom of the property. Ideally positioned for visiting the areas within the Var/ Haute Provence district. Would definitely stay again.

Des vacances exceptionnelles

Tout etait au rendez-vous pour passer de superbes vacances! - Une villa conforme aux photos avec tout l'équipement nécessaire - une grande piscine sans vis-à-vis et avec de nombreux transats - des commerces (intermarché et boulangerie) à 3 minutes à pied - une magnifique région à découvrir avec les gorges du verdon, de nombreux lacs et des villages à visiter tels Moustier-Sainte-Marie, Tourtour, Aups, etc. Rosie est très discrète mais attentionnée envers ses locataires. Sa chienne Milie est très gentille et s'est bien entendue avec la nôtre. Nous reviendrons très certainement et vous recommandons cette location!

Très déçue par la location , garage aménagé mais reste un garage . À côté de la propriétaire piscine très glissante « URGENGES DE BRIGNOLES » fracture d’une vertèbre lombaire. Piscine pas indépendante on passe devant la proprio , très très décevant , beaucoup trop cher , à déconseiller et photos tronquées. Abriter devrait vérifier!. Je déconseillerai Abritel 1200 euros pour une nuit j avoue que c est dur à avaler. Andrée PICAVET

Sympathique séjour de 2 semaines à Salernes

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines chez Rosie qui est très prévenante et aux petits soins avec ses invités. L'emplacement est idéal si vous cherchez un coin calme pas loin des petits villages historiques de la région. Le logement est très fonctionnel juste peut être le matelas qui est un peu mou mais sinon très sympathique séjour :) Nous avons amené notre chienne qui a été très bien accueillie. Super vacances

Nous avons passé de supers vacances chez Rosie qui est d'une grande gentillesse. Merci à elle pour toutes ses attentions qui reste malgrès tout discrète. Endroit très calme, proche de tout, on peut facilement aller à pied au supermarché, boulangerie et centre du village. La clim et la piscine privée très appréciable. Belle visite dans les environs.

Excellent séjour dans le Haut Var

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location où tout l'intérieur a été refait à neuf. Beau jardin et piscine très agréable. Maison très bien située pour circuler dans la Provence verte et pouvoir pousser jusqu'à la mer si l'envie vous en dit ! En plus la chienne de la propriétaire est adorable et nous a gentiment accompagnés durant ces 15 j !

Logement parfaitement équipé. S il manque que se soit, il suffit de demander à la propriétaire (Rosie). Très gentille et très discrète et de bons conseils sur les balades et restos. Propriétaire très agréable et vraiment très gentille, nous avons passé de belles vacances dans une propriété bien sympa avec tous le confort et le calme!! La piscine est très bien entretenu et est vraiment agréable! Location tout à fait fidèle à la description donnée sur le site !

Accueil très chaleureux ! La propriétaire est aux petits soins, elle est très disponible en cas de besoin mais se montre très discrète. Nous recommanderions cette location sans aucun problème ! Les photos représentent vraiment la réalité. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin : beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine, un barbecue, une machine à laver, plusieurs tables et chaises d’extérieur ... et elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! La piscine et ses abords sont très bien entretenus. Un point très positif est que la maison est très bien située : il y a beaucoup de belles choses à voir à proximité. En ce qui concerne le domaine de l’alimentation, il y a un centre commercial, une boulangerie ... où vous pouvez vous rendre à pied ! En conclusion, je peux dire que cette location est vraiment géniale !!!

Een goed onderhouden huisje, goede tuin en tof zwembad. Huisje is geschikt voor 4 personen maar als je de tegenslag hebt om slecht weer te hebben dan is de ruimte binnen wel erg klein voor 4 personen (zetel bv maar geschikt voor 2 personen). De WIFI laat zeker te wensen over! Vriendelijk onthaal maar het venijn zat hem in de staart want we kregen 50 euro extra aangerekend omdat we de vensters zouden hebben laten openstaan met de airco aan. Dat kan wel eens gebeurd zijn maar we deden echt ons best om alles zoveel mogelijk gesloten te houden, alleen in de voormiddag stonden de ramen wel eens open maar dan stond de airco af. Er werd niks over gezegd toen we daar waren maar het werd wel later van onze waarborg afgehouden zodat je dan ook niet kan protesteren en dat is toch wel niet ok!

Accueil très chaleureux. Toujours à notre disposition mais en toute discrétion. Maison et jardin nickel. La piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Il ne manque rien dans la maison. Maisonnette bien équipée entourée d'un grand jardin, d'une piscine très agréable et une propriétaire aux petits soins. Le charme de la Provence et de ses villages charmants. A recommander sans souci.
