Situated on a high bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, the views are endless, breezes wonderful and the sunsets awesome.
Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage sleeps 10. This is the place for a true get-away-from-it-all vacation.
The large deck overlooking the lake affords great places to dine alfresco, relax in the sun, watch the sunset or enjoy a turn in the hot tub.

Our cottage is clean and maintained beautifully and we take pride in offering you an unforgettable visit to Southwest Michigan.

The cottage has Roku TV and free WI-Fi access.

It is located in a quiet lakefront area 15 minutes north of Holland, Michigan. There are hiking trails and walking paths close by and a wonderful bike path found easily at the foot of the driveway. Holland has a great offering of restaurants and shops where local artisans sell their work.

Amazing

We so much enjoyed our stay at Amy and Will’s beautiful and very comphy cottage. The views were amazing, we loved hanging out with our family watching sunset and enjoying meals on the deck! We did a lot of exploring of the beautiful nearby towns and State Park beach. Went to the Children’s museum in Grand Rapids, which was a wonderful place and a very big hit for our youngest family members. But we really enjoyed coming back to the cottage to spend quality time together,,, there were 4 generations of happy people!! Thanks so much Amy & Will it was fabulous!!!

Family getaway

My adult children do not live near each other or near me. We have made an August get together a tradition. Things happened and it fell apart this year causing stress and disappointment. But those of us who were able to come found peace and relaxation in this beautiful place. The view and outside deck space were what we needed to experience to get back to our work and busy lives. Absolutely perfect for us. Owners were wonderful. We won’t ever forget our time there.

View from the deck was amazing! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Kids loved the lake; however, getting down to access it is a little dicey. Would stay here again.

We are a family of 4 that lives in the Chicago area. We are thrilled to be the new owners of this awesome place in West Olive. We purchased this cottage after a long, 5 year search for the perfect spot. We think we found it and we hope you enjoy your stay in our place as much as we think you will!

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property and one that offers a lot. The views from the house and deck are truly extraordinary. The lake is the backdrop for all you do and see while at the cottage. It is private, quiet and gorgeous.

Lake Michigan is at an all time high water mark.
Thus, the beach space is limited and there, likely, will be no dry beach during the summer months but this will depend on the spring rains. Swimming is still great as the beach is all sand and the slope is gradual out a good distance. We are grateful that the cottage offers such magnificent views and that we can enjoy the lake from above while mother nature figures out how to restore the dry beach!

The cottage is in excellent condition and everything in it is meticulously thought out and done well. We look forward to making many good memories here and are happy to be sharing this spot.
