About this property

Relax in this sweet cottage on the Lake Michigan shore in a quiet family neighborhood. A wooden deck is directly over the beach to catch the cool lake breeze as you sun bathe (complete with lounge chairs), and the private shore is feet away, no stairs needed. A second deck with a bit of shade is next to the kitchen. It has a picnic table and patio table. There is a large propane gas grill on the patio next to the deck.

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Lake Michigan from the kitchen, dining area, living room and family room. The main floor has 2 queen bedrooms with plenty of closet space and shelves, a shared full bath (combination tub/shower), kitchen with new appliances, dining area and living room.

The lower level has a bedroom with 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds total) with plenty of closet space and shelves, a private full bathroom (walk in shower), family room with a full hanging bed, washer, dryer and laundry sink.

The main floor living room and the lower family room each have a flat screen TV with a Roku Streaming Stick. A dvd/blu ray player is provided in the family room.

The cottage is on a private cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood between Holland and Saugatuck.

Lake Macatawa is 1/4 mile away with kayak, paddle board and pontoon boat rental.

Awesome

We had a fabulous time at the cottage! It was clean and light and the views were incredible. There was room for everyone and more. The W/D was a huge help as was the dishwasher. We didn’t run the AC because the breeze from the lake was enough to cool the house. Definitely a must-stay!!

Beach Vacay

Communication with Heather was smooth. She is very responsive. Her home is very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, cookware, utensils, great grill, etc. You couldn't be closer to the beach unless you pitched a tent next to the deck off the house. Just an absolute prime location.

Great place !

Super clean , right on the beach , well appointed with comfortable beds. Kids loved the downstairs area. Check in and communication with Heather was easy! Played tennis at the local club and paddled right outside the back door. Would rent again !

Best vacation rental ever.

Everything was perfect, house was clean and well equipped, location was perfect and the neighborhood was awesome. My kids asked me if we could live there.
