This bright and open 2100 square foot condo has every amenity for all your vacation dreams! Wake up each morning to glorious sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean in the master bedroom , or watch the awe-inspiring sunsets over the Halifax River in the guest bedroom. Enjoy stunning beach views thru the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and the living room. Sip coffee on the oceanfront balcony watching the waves, read poolside on the comfortable chaises overlooking the beach, or venture down a few steps to the wide sandy beach to nap or take a plunge in the inviting blue waters. Enjoy free secured wifi access in every room and cable HDTV in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room.

With style and comfort in mind, our condo offers granite countertops throughout, custom wood finishes, stainless steel appliances, tile throughout, high end furniture, large flat screen t.v. in family room, flat screen t.v.'s in bedrooms, king size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the guest room, 2 twin beds in the 2nd guest room, oceanfront balcony, walk-in closets, beach chairs and supplies, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, and secured subterranean parking.

Our beachside paradise is located in the prestigious DiMucci Twin Towers which boasts 2 oceanfront heated pools and hot tubs on an impressive oceanfront pool deck with outdoor showers, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, billiard table, and upscale club room.

Take a stroll on world-famous Daytona beach, bike ride on its unique shoreline, fish off the nearby pier, walk to the Halifax River; or kayak, jet ski, surf, boogie board, and boat on the river/ocean.

This property is ideally located within minutes of a golf and tennis club, jet ski and boat rental, Publix grocery store, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, miniature golf, Port Orange Pavilions outdoor mall, Daytona International Speedway, and all of its attractions. Enjoyed Winter

We used Denise's condo for 6 weeks this winter (Jan26 - Mar10, 2018), and enjoyed it very much. The weather was better than normal, and we had several friends in neighboring condo's to help pass the time. the condo is beautifully furnished, roomy, and has all the things you need to make it home away from home. It would be one of our top choices for future visits.

Flawless from the start! Working with Denise couldn't have been any better. Her condo was even more beautiful than the pictures online. Her condo was fully stocked right down to beach toys for our children to use. She even had boogie boards which they used everyday. Fantastic location near grocery stores, shopping centers and even pickleball courts. The building itself is well maintained and the heated outdoor pools were great! If you are lucky enough to book Denise's condo, be sure to read her orientation binder. Even if you are familiar with the area, we discovered even more exciting things to do and amazing restaurants to visit. Thank you Denise for the amazing vacation. We enjoyed this very comfortable, tastefully appointed beachfront condo! Southern exposure along an entire side affords both an oceanfront view and a river view in this corner unit of a well-known and well-run facility. The Home Away property description and photos very accurately depict furnishings, decor, and amenities. We loved sunrises on the private oceanfront balcony and sunsets from just outside the front door. The fitness room is a bit below average. The building is safe and quiet. The underground parking is a bonus. The finishes in the unit were all high-end and in very nice condition. The owner was a breeze to work with. We will keep this rental on our Home Away "short list" for the future. The pools, spas, pool deck, and chaises were in great condition as was the rest of the facility. There is an onsite manager; I always dealt directly with the owner, though. You will love this property. The only caveat may be for someone in your party sleeping in the street-side bedroom during Daytona's famous Bike Week. -They can use a white noise app then. We only slept like babies in the master suite.

The perfect beachfront getaway!

We loved our vacation in this condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable with a roomy balcony and wonderful amenities. The condo was well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies. It has a warm, bright, beach feeling. Plenty of room in this condo. One of my favorite parts was sipping coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise! We enjoyed the beautiful heated pools, the gym, and the kids loved playing pool. We enjoyed downtown shopping and restaurants, the pier, and amusements. But most of all, I loved being right on the beach. I enjoyed walking on the beach looking for shells and swimming. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for miles! This is the perfect beachfront get away!

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect! Daytona Beach Shores is less crowded than Daytona Beach, but within minutes from all of its major attractions. You can unwind at the beach or get all the excitement of Orlando within an hour drive!
We also chose the Dimucci Twin Towers because it has the best amenities and beachfront pools in all of Daytona Beach Shores!

What makes this property unique

We feel this condo is the ideal location in the South tower of the Dimucci Twin Towers. This southeast corner unit brings in an abundance of light and its third floor elevation gives you the most desirable ocean views, while still feeling "close" to the beach. There is plenty of space between the south tower and the condo building next door, opening up the views.
