Hurricane Update: Private beach access open! Due to hurricane damage, most oceanfront condo complexes and hotels on the greater Daytona Beach Peninsula and beyond have closed oceanfront pools. The pool deck at this complex did also sustain moderate damage that will need time to be repaired. The current timeline has the pool deck opening prior to Summer 2024. Reopening dates are not guaranteed and this is updated anytime there is new information. Rates are reduced through all of 2024 to reflect any potential delays.

Like every complex in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this complex or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
