Need somewhere quiet. This 2nd floor 2 beds 2 baths apartment benefits from top quality design and specification including free garage parking onsite. It has an open plan living and kitchen area and is fully furnished to give that home away from home feel. Comes with a Juliet balcony, neutral decor throughout, gas central heating and double glazing. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with twin beds which are suitable for 2 people who prefer not to share a bed.
The kitchen is very well equipped kitchen at one end, with a full range of integrated appliances including an oven, hob, hood, fridge, freezer, washer/drier and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space.
The en-suite bedroom bedroom comes with a good size built in wardrobe with plenty of space. Walking distance to Basingstoke Train Station and Festival Place shopping center It is also very handily placed, with the town center a 5 minute walk and train station being a short 10 minute walk. There is access on foot from the town center. Not far is the Morrison’s supermarket which is about a 10 minute walk.

Cancelled on arrival!!!
After travelling 2 hours our accommodation was cancelled just as we were arriving.
The host said it was double booked and that Vrbo would ring
They didn’t, I spent 5 hours on the phone, on email and driving around on unclear info before they stopped replying and 3 women were left without anywhere to stay for 2 nights.
Vrbo say they have done all they needed. I will be escalating and will never use then again.
