Lovely 2 bed first floor apartment with roof top solarium and separate balcony off main living space in Rojales/Ciusad Quesada. Shared pool nearby. Less than 10 minute walk downhill to Marquesa Golf Club, large supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants. Beach at Guardamar is 8 km away (approx 15 min drive). Electricity, WiFi and satellite TV with UK channels included in rental. Ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in main living area. Transfer to and from Alicante/Murcia airports arranged if required.

El Apartamento tiene todas las facilidades para disfrutar de la estancia, esta en una zona muy tranquila para relajarse, y en coche esta a 10-15 minutos de todas las playas de alrrededor, muy recomendable para unas vacaciones!!

9 Day Stay - Sept/Oct 19

The apartment was in a great location for us as we were visiting family who live nearby, the area is also lovely and quiet. Unfortunately, on our visit the apartment’s cleanliness didn’t live up to our expectations. There were a number of cleanliness issues; these included bed sheets in the double room which didn’t look like they had been changed from the last guests that stayed; a cockroach on the bedroom floor along with dust on all floors throughout; the kitchen and bathroom areas also required fully cleaning. The rooftop solarium offered lovely views of the surrounding areas; unfortunately, this was full of sand and had to be fully hosed down before we could use the area to relax. The swimming pool which was a very short walk up the hill was immaculate with all areas spotlessly clean. Conor was very helpful and answered any questions I had; he also asked during our stay if everything was alright, unfortunately I didn’t mention these issues during our stay as we were very busy spending time with family; however, looking back on this I probably should have raised these issues with Conor as I'm sure he would have had this looked at. The fans and air conditioning were great as temperatures were in the high 20’s / low 30’s. Apart from the cleanliness issues; the apartment was as expected and offers good value for money.
