Luxury Poolside Apartment in the prestigious La Finca golf resort

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has recently been updated by new owners and is perfect for young families, couples and golfing parties alike. The private garden overlooks the pool and is perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones whilst you have meals on the elevated terrace or gorgeous stone table in the garden area.
The garden has mature palm trees and has the perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day to take in the sun and also take refuge on the terrace when it gets too hot.

The apartment features marble floors throughout, leather sofas with new soft furnishings, a contemporary dining table for 4, a new Smart TV and 100mb Wifi connection complete with full Sky package, inc Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky Movies, all Club Sports channels such as MUTV as well as over 900 movies on demand as well as complete tv packages from your home country.

The bedrooms have a comfortable king size bed and 2 singles with brand new linen and towels and beach towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new halogen hob, and microwave, oven, a full size dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer and there is a BBQ in the garden for your use.

All other miscellaneous items are provided like a hair dryer and iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, crockery even a UK 4 way adaptor so you don't need 2 pin adaptors to charge up your phones and Ipads etc.

Please note that there is a EUR 10 Meet and Greet fee and a EUR 60 cleaning fee that should be paid on arrival to cover cleaning and linen change. Utilities are included for short term lets but for long term lets of over 4 weeks or more utilities are excluded.

The La Finca Resort really has something for everyone whether it be relaxing at your well appointed poolside apartment, casual dining or drinks at the bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away or, for those looking for a bit more luxury, visiting the La Finca Hotel and Spa. The spa has  an extensive selection of programs and treatments, with magical spaces where you can enjoy views of the stunning gardens and outdoor pools. The resort is often used as the winter training ground by some La Liga football teams. The adjacent La Finca Golf Course is world class and benefits from a newly completed clubhouse and terrace  and will shortly host the Spanish Open.

The local town of Quesada offers a more diverse range of shops, bars restaurants and nightlife.  Nearby Algorfa is a typical Spanish town and is worth a visit on the many local festival and holidays in Spain for street parties and fun in the village square and the area is very popular with cyclists and  the beautiful beaches of Guademar are only 15 minutes away by car.
