Maisonette Grené is a comfortable mountain nest set in an old family home dating back to 1850 completely renovated respecting the fine arts as a historical monument in typical Valle d'Aosta style.



The property, located in the quiet hamlet of Singlin di Sotto, is only 1.5 km from the Lyft System and the ski area with direct connection to Cervinia - Zermatt and 2 km from the town center, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. In winter it is possible to reach the resort's facilities in 3 minutes by car and for off-piste lovers there is a path a few steps from the house, from which you can reach the lifts, which are located just below the house.



The small hamlet includes a few houses surrounded by greenery in the mountains of the Grand Murailles. In summer there are several walking routes to both the center of the country and to scenic spots such as Lake Loz or the Gouffre des Busserailles caves, dating back to the Ice Age and formed by the action of the water and the Matterhorn glaciers , which in ancient times flooded the valley.

Maisonette Grené can accommodate a maximum of 2 + 2 people and is spread over 2 levels, for a total of 40 square meters. It consists of a bedroom on the first floor with a large wardrobe and TV area and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a living area with a cozy dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a TV area and a comfortable double sofa bed. On the floor there is also a second bathroom.



A panoramic balcony and a private green area are the ideal place to relax in the sun. It is possible to park the car in the adjacent external public car parks, located about 50 meters away.
