La Petite Bergerie is a single storey villa, built in local stone. It was completely renovated in 2013 (roof, paint, electricity) and in 2018 (new kitchen and bathroom) with all the comforts (new bedding). It is surrounded by a large private garden and has its own private swimming pool. The garden is planted with old oaks, olive trees, mimosas and oleanders. The view is clear on the countryside. The house is located in a closed and quiet residential area, 1km from the village of Grimaud, the castle and the shops.
In 2018 kitchen and bathroom are new.
Indoor parking for 2 cars.

Charming old French house.

Grimaud village is a beautiful old village sitting on a little hill with views to the sea. The house was situated in a very nice private and secure gated community, within walking distance to the village. Although the building was old from the outside with charming features the inside was bright and fairly modern looking. We spent most of our time outside by the lovely pool. It was a very quite location even though there is a road running through the village. The whole rental process was so easy and especially paying for it on the website, I wish more owners would use this system.

Nous avons passĂ© de magnifiques vacances en famille dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© situĂ©e dans un domaine calme. Nous avons pu profiter de l’extĂ©rieur ainsi que de la piscine, sans vis Ă  vis. La maison est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et tout le nĂ©cessaire est disponible. Le village de Grimaud est facilement accessible Ă  pied, ce qui s’avĂšre trĂšs pratique Ă©galement.

Charming house in Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur

Beautifully situated house, nicely decorated, in the charming village of Grimaud. Great pool and garden. Jocelyn and Julie were very helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely and superb one week stay at the house and would have loved to stay much longer. I can definitely recommend this place and would come back with pleasure.

La terrasse et la piscine sont vraiment super agrĂ©ables et nous en avons bien profitĂ© durant 2 semaines de plein Ă©tĂ©, les 3 gĂ©nĂ©rations confondues. La simplicitĂ© de la maison permet d'ĂȘtre tout Ă  fait Ă  l'aise comme on aime l'ĂȘtre pendant les vacances. Tout bonnement sympa.

Appréciation

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison durant la semaine du 29 aoĂ»t au 5 septembre 2015. Les points positifs : - un accĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©, - une exposition favorable, - une piscine bien entretenue, - une terrasse agrĂ©able. Pour le reste, nous avons malheureusement une liste de points nĂ©gatifs et, au final, nous estimons le prix demandĂ© exagĂ©rĂ©. En tout cas, le fait est que nous ne relouerons pas cette maison et que nous ne la recommandons pas. - un lit double d'une largeur infĂ©rieur Ă  140 cm de large prĂ©sentĂ© comme 2 couchages; - un lit double dont les matelas sont d'une largeur infĂ©rieur Ă  celui du sommier (au moins 15 cm); - une cuisine vĂ©tuste : aucun placard pour ranger la nourriture, une cuisiniĂšre hors d'Ăąge, une cafetiĂšre bringuebalante, un sol plus que douteux, des fourmis un peu partout (et ailleurs dans la maison), des couverts dĂ©pareillĂ©s et de mauvaise qualitĂ©; - une chambre Ă  part sans accĂšs par l'intĂ©rieur (ce qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ© au prĂ©alable), - une salle de bains vieillotte; - une odeur pĂ©nible dans les WC; - une porte d'accĂšs aux chambres impossible Ă  fermer; - des verrouillages de portes (wc, SdB) impossibles, - une douche qui fuit dans la salle d'eau; - un jardin non ou trĂšs mal entretenu. Un joli cocon au soleil

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçus trĂšs gentiment et avons eu toutes les explications nĂ©cessaires concernant la maison et son fonctionnement ainsi que les renseignements utiles "commerces, marchĂ©s, restaurants etc...La Bergerie est un havre de paix, aucune nuisance. L'intĂ©rieur de la Bergerie est sobre et de bon goĂ»t. Tout y est fait a taille humaine sans chichi. Mon impression la plus parlante est que j'aurai, si cette maison avait Ă©tĂ© a moi, fait la mĂȘme chose. Et puis la piscine, la cerise sur le gĂąteau. Un excellent sĂ©jour que nous espĂ©rons pouvoir rĂ©itĂ©rer cet Ă©tĂ©.
